Excellent tv.

I don't understand why people have problems with this TV. If you follow instructions carefully there's NP with it . IT works fine. The moment I got it and connected it with my cable and internet. it worked with np .. even the remote connected with my cable and it worked together with my cable all I use is one remote for everything I dont even have to use the remote that came with my cable. Picture is awesome its go clear. color works great. Sound is great. I connected my Bose system it was even better. I got no green spots like other people did either. I love the TV.

Read all the bad reviews and was concerned that i had purchased a dud. Took it out of the box and from that moment the set began to impress me. There are some issues with the picture but you will need to be a videophile to see them. i am very technical and a near videophile and when I saw the flaws they were not glaring. This is a great television for those who like sports or movies or general tv viewing but ... if you are somewhat tech savvy or not ... you can get this TV to allow you to do what i am doing - use Remote Desktop to connect to your PC and have a 70" computer screen with super high resolution. I am typing this on my computer but using this amazing screen! only had it 2 days may update this later once I have had it for a while.

no voice navigation. remote is very poor. seems like not compatible with voice navigation. general navigation with remote is also not very intuitive. also, tv does not seem to be ready for voice navigation, even though online and support say it is. switching channels and apps is so difficult. only way i would keep it if they send new remote with voice navigation but they refused. i might have to return it.

Don't rely on it for reliably accessing any streaming apps without failing within 5 minutes and causing endless frustrations. Finally bought a Roku to avoid throwing this tv away and investing in a more reliable brand. As well, Samsung basically requires an account sign up to use the tv. Unnecessary and beyond frustrating to have so many loopholes just to watch tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is hands down the nicest tv I've ever owned. I love the sleek frameless look that it has. The images are crystal clear! It came stocked with several apps and app options. I can Bluetooth my phone and mirror image with very little effort. The colors are also very vivid! Not only is the design sleek, it is also very lightweight for its size. I have the 65 inch and it was easy for 2 to lift and mount. It came with a universal remote that sets itself up with your cable box. You just select your provider and it does the rest! I do wish it would light up so you could see the buttons in the dark but other than that, it's a nice remote! The sound from the tv is great on its own. It is also “smart” in the sense that it controls the sound levels for smooth transitions from movies and shows to commercials! I can't stand when tv's get really loud during commercials or when there's a fight scene or music in movies. There's nothing worse than not being able to hear voices in a movie. This tv controls all of that so I'm not trying to find the remote in the dark to hurry and adjust the volume every 2 minutes. I can go online with this tv and browse my company website to play image slideshows for clients. The images are honestly crystal clear! I used the browser feature on the tv and typed my website in. The main reason I choose this tv is because I am a photographer and I wanted a tv that I can use for consulting with clients. I wanted the ability to show them images on a wall for in person sales. This tv displays the images so nicely that I'm more concerned the tv may actually look better than the prints when they arrive. This tv will be a huge asset to my business after this pandemic. For now though, my family and I are thoroughly enjoying it in our living room. I can't brag about the picture enough. When synced to my laptop, iPad or phone, it's awesome for zoom meetings!. The sync provides the camera and microphone so we can be seen and heard to others. I can see ya purchasing another one for other rooms. The price point for these TVs can not be beat! It provides an amazing tv with all of the bells and whistles! I'm truly amazed! It can also do split screen so you can watch your movie or news while also browsing your emails, social media or just looking for a recipe! I bought this tv in July of 2020, in the Auburn Hills, Michigan location it was hung on the wall and was treated like a baby. About a month ago, it got one small green line through it. It was 3 months outside of the manufacturer warranty, so I lived with it. Last night, it just turns off, and then turns back on and won't stop turning on and off until you unplug it. The screen lights up for approx 5 seconds and then turns right back off. After searching today, this is apparently a known issue with some Samsung Tvs (this model also). I contacted Sam's club and there is nothing they can do ( I understand I bought the TV almost a year and a half ago). But do not believe other answers to questions stating if you are a plus member you get a three year warranty. That is false. I would stay away from this TV and Samsung all together. Spend a little bit more and get one from a manufacturer who does not continue to sell items that have known defects. (BTW to fix the tv will cost at a min of $900, so it would be almost $200 cheaper to just buy another hunk of junk.

i gave it three stars because of two reasons... first, i it really dark on some pictures, samsung did really bad job on black color. feels like this tv has only one black color. my old hd tv had way better black than tu7000. time after time you start to notice it more and more. so that is really huge minus. second, it doe not two my favorite apps vimeo app and nba app. lg does have both by the way. so it is pretty cheap, but fish i have not saved 200 dollars and bought a tv with better black color and with the apps i need.

This Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65” has to a lot offer. For starters, the entire bezel of the TV frame is extremely minimum almost no existent just like today's high-end smartphone! Which allows for a much more immersive view of the 65" 4K vivid HDR display. The first-time set-up and configuration of the TV were easy and straight forwards and even voice activation works immediately to guide you through the already simple process and additionally allows for ease of customization for flexibly! Secondly, out of the box, the SmartTV comes with dozens of ready to use apps and internet streaming services including Samsung TV Plus Store and local channels for free through internet TV with major networks like FOX, USA Today, Popular Mechanics..etc that doesn't require any additional attachments or cable boxes. Which is very convenient such as Prime video is my primary movie and TV streaming app! Thirdly, sound quality is superior, loud, very crisp, and distinct that captures fine details and sounds, creating a much more in-depth TV experience similar to a movie theater! Concluding this review I would highly recommend the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65”.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with this t.v as soon as I pulled it out of the box. The t.v is very well made and is beautiful. The t.v was easy to set up and I really like the fact that the power cord is able to be hidden. The t.v comes preloaded with quite a few apps already installed. Setting up the Samsung account was quick and opens up so many other options and apps. The picture is Crystal clear. The detail that can be see is spectacular. H.D and antenna channels come in clear. The speakers provide a decent amount of volume, wish they were louder for watching movies though. Automatic software update is nice, plug in and forget. So far I am in love with my t.v.
