Pros: Great display (sometimes there's a bit of haziness at the bottom of the screen though), sleek design, great volume, size to price ratio was great (affordable!), 100 free channels (I love having the option to watch my childhood favorites on Nickelodeon or watch the news). Cons: navigation is a problem - the remote is confusingly designed and the Samsung menu is a maze; together, they can be a real pain. Not enough HDMI ports. Speaking of other devices connecting to your TV, the TV sometimes turns on your gaming console when you power on your TV - this is not ideal when all you're trying to do is watch TV. Lastly, I'm not sure if it's the streaming apps' fault or Samsung's, but sometimes, the display - but not the sound - turns off out of the blue (Netflix, Hulu) or you're logged out of the app (happened once so far with Hulu) which means that you have to turn the TV off and on or log back into your streaming app. Overall, I enjoy the TV, but I do not recommend it to users with family members who may not be technically savvy enough to navigate the aforementioned complex menu.

this tv is wonderful! excellent picture. i really like having the shortcuts on the remote to netflix. samsung tv plus was a surprise bonus. tons of channels via internet free! we utilize a digital antenna for local stations and it works great with this tv. i highly recommend this tv.

Sufficient inputs. Light streamlined attractive appearance. The only reason that I did not give this product 5 stars is the following: sometimes when streaming movies, darker scenes seem too dark and difficult to see. I have adjusted settings a bit to try to improve this with only a small amount of improvement. Other wise no complaints. I am very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can I just say WOW! This is a great TV. My old one was 10 years old and I have been wanting a new one for quite a while. When I had the opportunity to buy this at a discount in exchange for an honest review, I jumped! The picture is amazing! We were watching an OLD Disney movie and the picture appeared to "jump" because the refresh rate is so high! Setting up all the smart features was super easy! Even connecting our existing surround sound was a breeze! Super easy to figure out the "smart" features. I was able to do it without the book that came with it! It has taken some tweaking to get picture settings just right and to make sure the sound and picture are just right, but now my kids are so excited because I don't have to sign them into Netflix or Disney+ when they want to watch something. They can even "throw" their Youtube and TicTok up on the screen from their phones.

This is my 3rd Samsung smart TV I've purchased and all my cell phones have been Samsung Galaxy starting with the 5, and everything after that have been the Note Series, 7,8,9,10 and now the Note20. So hopefully this shows ny love of Samsung products. Beverly

i love, love, live my new television, bute i hate the remote. frequently used controls are microscopic at the bottom, and it's layout places all common controls on the lower half that rests in your hand. also, i find that most remotes have a similar layout that this one is nothing like. plan to try the samsung smart things app on my phone or find a better universal remote. that being said, i still and very happy with my purchase.

We recently got rid of our cable and enjoy the Samsung Plus feature the most. It's like having cable again. Samsung offers a great variety of channels and everyone in the family is able to enjoy their individual preferences in genres. The quality of the TV helps us to enjoy our show as I'd we are actually there! We love our Samsung TV and we are grateful for the choice me made!

I have an Xbox series X hooked to two of them and an Xbox One X hook to the Third. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart TV and I have been very impressed with it since I have had it. Prior to getting this TV I relied on Amazon's first stick to access all of my streaming services, but often run into issues as the first stick can be slow or buggy. I have never had an issue wirh this TV being slow or lagging in any way. It was also incredibly easy to download and use all all my currently used streaming services. The only complaint I have about thr device is that after about a month of owning it, there is a brief vertical black bar that occasionally flashes just left of the middle of the screen. This was unusual as the TV has never been damaged or bumped by anything. The bar only occasionally flashes and has not been a bother to me, but it is noticeable. It only flashes for a split second then goes away. Other than the minor flaw, I have never had any issues with the TV and do want to upgrade to a larger model. I currently use it for streaming and gaming. I do like being able to use and adjust HDR settings within a game and i have been very impressed with the automatic game mode within the TV as well.
