[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS TV SET IS USED IN THE DEN, IT WAS PURCHASED TO REPLACE A 55" LG UNIT THAT DIED AFTER 2 YEARS. I DECIDED TO TRY A SAMSUNG INSTEAD OF THE LEG BASED ON THE COMPARISON OF FEATURES. THE ONE FEATURE THAT I REALLY LOVE ABOUT THIS SAMSUNG MODEL IS THE ABILITY TO MIRROR MY APPLE DEVICES WITHOUT NEEDING AN ENGINEERING DEGREE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. THE OTHER FEATURE I REALLY LIKE IS THE EASY SETUP FOR THE BLUETOOTH SOUNDBAR. A+ ON THESE. IT IS VERY EASY TO OPERATE AND SETUP AND I REALLY LIKE THE PICTURE, CLEAR, SHARP WITH THE 4K RESOLUTION.

Easy tv set up once on, beautiful clear screen. So worth it. I picked up from store after I purchased online and had trouble putting the tv upright as recommended since the tv cannot lay flat on transport. Luckily I had help and was able to fit in the large trunk upright, did not fit in the back seats upright at all. I would consider delivery from the location next time. Other then that all is great and I'm satisfied!

Dark scenes are bright enough to understand what's happening but not washed out and the sound from gaming to movies is great really feels like your in the game or in the movie outstanding!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has great picture a film thicker than most TV on market. Remote works in pretty much any direction. And smart apps is great. Only thing is if you don't have a samsung product a lot of features don't work.

You can look at a number of different other manufacturers and not find one that covers as many needs as Samsung. I bought many brands over the years so I truly know what's the best for us.Right now Samsung offers the best value in consumer electronics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the color and clarity of this TV, whether I'm watching cable, the Samsung TV channel, my own media, or streaming! The 50" screen is perfect in my bedroom. I just wish that the Bluetooth feature allowed me to use my earpiece for quiet viewing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV overall has good quality and the colors are great and also can be adjusted for your liking. Only issue for me is the remote control, buttons seem to small. Sometimes pressing the wrong button.

I purchased the 43" Crystal UHD TU7000 TV 1 month ago. The tv has a good picture but the sound is horrible. I have to turn it up to between 75-100 in order to hear it. I have tried every option in the audio settings to fix it. Didn't help. I tried adding a sound bar but the Bluetooth connection only worked with live tv not the streaming services. (Why should I have to buy a sound bar anyway?!) The remote has a bad design and no voice search. The fast forward, reverse, pause and play are all the way down at the bottom. It's all but impossible to hold the remote and reach those buttons. Since I mainly watch streaming, that's a big minus. I love samsung products, but this one stinks! I dread packing it up to send it back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this TV over a year ago and it still looks fantastic!! Vivid mode while watching sports in HD! Watching movies is a joy, it's almost realistic looking, movment, response time. I highly recommend for a great viewing experience.
