Constant lag. The interface is horrendous. Poor wifi connection despite a strong router signal. Just within the last 2 hours, the TV froze and crashed twice. Genuinely the worst purchase I have made in a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I have multiple Samaung TV's I was able to easily setup my TV right out of the box. Installed apps are very easy to use and downloading additional apps was a breeze.

This TV is less than 2 years old and suddenly started displaying vertical lines across the screen. I attempted to submit a ticket, as it is under warranty, and I received an error notice.
