Not enough closed captions or subtitles especially all of the music video channels; NO captions or subtitles I hope they'll add subtitle/CC features in these channels ASAP! Otherwise its unsuitable for Deaf or Hard of Hearing people unfortunately

i don't have any issues with the television itself but the remote is absolutely horrible. it fails more than it works. i requested and received a second remote and it's no better. i'm sending the television back and have purchased another brand.

Don't like the “soap opera” look to the picture & can't figure out how to turn it off. No lights on the remote. Why is something always playing in the background on the Home Screen? Sound is not great, have to go to 100% on some shows
