This is the first Samsung product that I am disappointed with. Like others have reported, the dark scenes are too dark to view. I have the brightess set to the max, and I turned off the automatic brightness adjustment based on the room's ambient light level. Unfortunately, the TV still attempts to adjust the brightness for dark scenes. You can easily see the TV adjusting the brighness (actually making it darker) when the screen quickly transitions from a bright to dark scene. Based on reading previous reviews, this problem has been reported for over three years. The TV has the latest firmware installed, so it is clear that Samsung is unwilling to fix this issue.

Very thin and lightweight, makes moving it or wall mounting it easy to do. Very easy to use. Great for streaming videos or using it with your mobile device (Smart View). Having the phone mirror effect and also being able to watch Apple TV content without the Apple TV device is a plus in savings. I highly recommend this TV to all. Price point is also a plus. I have a Samsung surround sound hooked to it to help maximize the incredible sound. I love my TV so much that I brought 3 more 1 for my mother, 1 for my brother, and 1 for my Son. And I've actually broken 2 so I have purchased 6 of these TVs over the past 4 years. The picture quality is amazing. I've had my friends give compliments on how the great the pictures quality is. The sound is amazing words clear and all background noises can be identified and it sound even better hooked to a Samsung surround sound system. Overall the TV is a 10/10 100/100 an A+++ and I have recommended this TV to all my friends and family some has even actually went out and purchased one for themselves.

The only issue I have with the TV is the delay with the remote. When looking for something to watch, as I press the buttons on the remote, there seems to be about a 3 second delay before the tv responds. Other than that, I absolutely love it.

Also enjoy streaming Samsung TV Channels. I cut the cord after receiving as a gift, with all the over the air channels and the Samsung channels, there is no need to spend all that money month after month and year after year for Cable or Satellite TV.
