Features don't work

Hi Neveragain, We appreciate you reaching out and informing us that you are having issues accessing local channels. Please know that the TU7000 TV does have a built-in digital tuner (ATSC/ClearQAM) for receiving digital broadcasts; however, you still need an external antenna to access local channels. Once you have connected your antenna to the TV to find local channels; follow these instructions: Go to Home> Source> TV. Next, go to Settings>Broadcasting> Auto Program> Start> Air. If you need more help, please know we are here to help you! Call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Best TV I have ever had.

This is the best TV I ever owned

Great Screen

Seen, but not H E A R D…
