Perfect picture but the sound is off. Suddenly in the middle of a show it's get very loud and I have to adjust volume. Not sure what to do about this during covid because I can't go to the store to complain.

I like it. Good quality. Pretty sturdy. The Samsung Smart TV aspect of it is a little weird to navigate but all the channels that come with it is awesome!
