I'm Samsung for life!!

Crystal Clear

Poor connection

Bought this a few months back, constantly has issues staying connected to the wifi and reconnecting can take forever, and it is about 10ft from the router. All other devices we own have no issues. Stay Away!!

Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. Awesome TV
