Best tv on the market

Save yourself the trouble

Bought one month ago . it is horrible !! freezes, closed captioning not available on most streaming, remote has so many buttons all crammed together.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, please know that your Samsung TV does offer Closed Captioning settings, such as separating it from the broadcast screen, font color, background color, size, position, language, etc. You can adjust these by going to Settings > General > Accessibility > Caption Settings. Specific streaming apps may have their own settings to turn on or adjust Closed Captioning. Please go to settings on the individual app to find these settings. Eco settings not accessible

cannot change default display settings to stop it from becoming dim. have to go back to remote to reset picture settings back to ‘natural' setting. there is no eco setting to turn off. very frustrating.

Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback on the TU7000 TV regarding Eco Mode. You can turn off Eco Mode by going to Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode and disabling it. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can manually select Minimum Brightness to adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings > General > Eco Solution > Ambient Light Detection. Also, please be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update. when i saw floor model on display picture and color wa sphenomenol but when i set up in home its not great , i think oled is better choice for bedroom tvs
