my first and foremost complaint about this tv is how many apps it automatically installs that cant be removed. over 75% of the tvs memory is used by apps i don't want and cant delete. my second complaint is that the tv automatically starts streaming something random from the tv plus crap and this also cant be disabled. i give it two stars because the tv looks good and the settings are clear and easy.

From ambient mode to Netflix to espn to Disney+ this tv is super fast and has no input lag. Amazing picture and sharp colors I have no complaints.

It also features digital optical for your sound bar and various sound modes for the TV & soundbar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV just about everyday for YouTube videos, Hulu etc. I love that is simple and easy to use . Whenever I need to wirelessly connect my laptop to use it as a screen it's great. Picture and sound are good but the remote control drives me crazy. The remote is slow in response often (even when batteries are brand new) and the buttons seem to get stuck when pressed which makes annoying clicking sound and can be unbearable. Often also the apps on the TV crash despite me reseting it and and using upgraded firmware.

This TV has a high resolution picture that is unbelievable! When it arrived it was a lot easier to set up than I thought it would be, even with so many features! It also goes with my Samsung phone and my phone can be used as a remote, there is even an app I connected it to, that is amazing in itself. The picture on this can be set to your preference and gaming on here is outstanding! I would highly recommend Samsung Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV for anyone looking for a quality experience in entertainment. Now, back to watching all my reruns with this amazing TV!

The picture clarity is more than sufficient, however the sound system leaves something to be desired. I am not sure why Samsung, which typically offers products of superior quality would overlook an important feature like that.

I've never seen shows and movies so clearly before. Watching Star Wars on this tv made me cry a little because it was so crystal clear and beautiful. I highly recommend this tv.

I purchased this 50inch for my bedroom and will purchase a 55inch or larger for my family room. The tv has excellent picture quality, however the sound is ok, but sometimes you will have the volume higher than normal. Once you learn how to work the remote and navigate from channels to home, to apps. All you got to do is set back and enjoy your new Samsung tv. I would purchase this brand again.

All my other Samsung t.v. have the sleek, slimline, 7 button/2 toggle switch remote. I am extremely disappointed having to use a 100 button (exaggerated, but not) remote on my newest t.v. I also purchased the recommended sound bar and love it too.

It works and looks great, the picture quality looks clear and it has all the apps that I usually use. I usually like to buy LG products, but Samsung has been just as good in terms of quality and display. I also downloaded the SmartThings app and linked it to the TV. It makes it so easy so that I can use my phone as a remote instead of always looking for my remote in between my couch cushions. I haven't had the time to buy a TV console yet so my TV is sitting on my floors, but the screen still displays great picture quality. No judgments please! Haha Overall, I highly recommend this TV!
