[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our Samsung Crystal 75 inch TV in the Livingroom as our main TV. It has an amazing picture! We do a lot of streaming and binge watching our favorite series, and we can't tear ourselves away from it. It makes us feel like we are close to the action! The picture is so clear and vibrant, I feel like I could reach out and touch the actors. The remote is easy to figure out, and the features are easy to access. I absolutely love this TV! ❤️❤️❤️

The picture is far clearer than any TV I've ever owned. Also we are enjoying the free TV package that comes with the set. I would have given a 5 Star rating but I've been disappointed to not be able to use the mirror imaging from my iPhone 10X. I get audio but no Video.

i purchased this tv specifically to connect to a laptop computer via hdmi. i have been using it for only about two weeks and have spent hours troubleshooting the hdmi connection. i foolishly passed up another tv brand for samsung because i thought i was getting a higher quality product. if the tv wasn't so difficult to box up and return to the store, i would have returned it within hours of purchasing the tv. since samsung obviously knows that the software is bad, i cannot believe they kept selling this model. i will never purchase another samsung product after this experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took a long time to set up. Cannot use blue tooth headphones and TV speaker simultaneously at the same time. TV speaker clarity is muffled if you have a slight loss of hearing. However, a great product.

We love having movie night now and this TV actually has a movie settings wich gives it that authentic theater atmosphere. It's great for playing games. Works really great with Playstation, Nintendo, and Xbox 1. We couldn't ask for a better TV. So grateful to have mine.

I can easily switch from TV to gaming and even watch pictures or videos from my phone or computer. The only drawback was the backlight let's were non functional straight out of the box.

The sound leaves more to desire but the streaming and user interface is easy to learn and refreshing. This was the best purchase I made in 10 years. This is a must buy for parents with small children who game and stream digital content.

This TV was even easy for my mom who's not so "tech savvy " to figure out on her own. Don't tell her that though I'd get in big trouble if she heard that lol. The ability to play my photos on screen and all of my digital media makes it that much cooler not to mention the picture itself is clear and so vibrant. Gaming is easily hooked up and the remote control is self explained with everything clearly displayed. All around awesome! It recognizes my Amazon Alexa and my Google home. It rocks!

I am really happy with the sound quality as well. this t.v. really exceeded my expectations. the Alexa option really helps if I don't want to move or scroll alot.
