[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Samsung tv picks up stations 100 miles away, a pleasant surprise. Also, was pleased to discover Samsung TV Plus as part of the package. I found the video was not as bright as my 7 year old 32" Samsung TV but it is adequate in a dimmed room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a fan of Samsung products for many years now. Love the 70 in. my wife just got me for my birthday. Flawless streaming, video quality is crystal clear. Setting up is easy. Only issue is TV sound could be higher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The initial tv had issues it did not capture channels lots of pixilation and channels did not stay in one place...I exchanged it and, this one is excellent video quality and it works great. Sound quality needs improvement...too shallow otherwise very happy with unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has great picture and sound. It also has plenty of connection ports for everything. The only real complaint we have is the remote has a delay. The delay is noticeable enough to be annoying when trying to navigate on the tv.

I now have a Samsung Chrystal in living room(70 inch) and one in each bedroom,all different sizes,and the picture in awesome on each one. The options in settings allow for each user to adjust about everything imaginable to their liking. The Chrystal converts all pictures to UHD which is a big selling point to me. Samsung products...tv,phone computers are top of the line,reasonably priced and overall easy to use...never dismiss SAMSUNG!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is very good except if there is a nocturnal scene or if the scene is in a dark place. Then you cannot see the actors clearly. We have lighten and brighten the screen as much as possible but it is still too dark. I do NOT recommend this tv.

tv does what we want and has a good picture, but the "home" button and the "enter" button on remote are too close together--in fact all the buttons are too close together, and not intuitive at all. if i am watching in a darkened room, i have to flick a flashlight app to make sure i don't punch the wrong buttons. so far good tv, sucky remote!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Tv is the perfect size for my bedroom. I enjoying the sound and the quality of the images. The smart settings work as expected. Something to add for better will the design of the remote control. Overall is a great TV

I purchased this tv on November 7, 2020. By November 21st the screen would go black and turn off. I called Samsung and they said they would send a tech to fix it. They would have to replace the panel, the main board, the power board and the cables. On a tv that I've owned for less than 30 days. So they're refunding my money but because I purchased at the time of Black Friday sales, it's less than what the tv costs today. Do not waste your time or money on this tv. I'm now searching for a different brand.
