The menu and Smart HUB are easily accessible and make navigating your favorite apps a breeze. There's never been a better way to watch stunning Crystal UHD 4K without breaking the bank. This TV also allows for incredibly simple external speaker or sound bar setup. Access to the apps is easy and easy to setup and configure. I could not ask for a better television. Samsung provides outstanding products as we have a bunch and never have problems with any. We have 3 Samsung tv's now, tablets, phones, and watches. The products are very affordable and great quality I would recommend them to anyone as I have to all my friends. As a disabled veteran I look for the best and I have got it with Samsung televisions.

Pros: Great display (sometimes there's a bit of haziness at the bottom of the screen though), sleek design, great volume, size to price ratio was great (affordable!), 100 free channels (I love having the option to watch my childhood favorites on Nickelodeon or watch the news). Cons: navigation is a problem - the remote is confusingly designed and the Samsung menu is a maze; together, they can be a real pain. Not enough HDMI ports. Speaking of other devices connecting to your TV, the TV sometimes turns on your gaming console when you power on your TV - this is not ideal when all you're trying to do is watch TV. Lastly, I'm not sure if it's the streaming apps' fault or Samsung's, but sometimes, the display - but not the sound - turns off out of the blue (Netflix, Hulu) or you're logged out of the app (happened once so far with Hulu) which means that you have to turn the TV off and on or log back into your streaming app. Overall, I enjoy the TV, but I do not recommend it to users with family members who may not be technically savvy enough to navigate the aforementioned complex menu.

The set up was a breeze and the picture is absolutely incredible. Seriously considering purchasing a larger one for my theater room. Great value!

He is a big time gamer and loves the quality of the screen, the color and the picture as a whole. The cool thing about it is if you have a Samsung phone you can tap it to the back of the tv cast hassle free. Amazing purchase at an amazing price.

Bright and crisp. Love everything about it. Easy to plug in and watch. Wish there was another HDMI third port so took off a star. Great TV and am liking the one in all remote for all my devices. It found all of my devices easily and was very intuitive.

Definitely became a centerpiece in the living room and I absolutely loved the clarity. The great thing about Samsung is that no matter how much you pay for the television you're going to get a high quality picture. Over the last couple of years I've completely kissed all of my Bravia products goodbye and welcomed Samsung into my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once powered up, I found the remote control to be very simple, and surprisingly intuitive. I give the remote 4 stars for two reasons: the buttons are not back-lit or visible at all in the dark, and the remote is small and black which means I lost it three times in one night of viewing. * The quality of the graphics are very good. The screen is very reflective which can be bothersome for daytime viewing. I would have included a picture, but the tv behaved like a mirror and I didn't want to post a selfie. * The smart features were very intuitive, and highly functional. Within minutes I had set up access for YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and HBO Max. This was the main reason for me to upgrade from my 55" Samsung screen, which was nearly 10 yrs old. * I plugged in my Chromecast, and the TV recognized it and began offering Google Assistant as a voice command option. * I still haven't figured out how to get Ambient mode working. It isn't important for me anyway, so I gave up. I may try again in the future out of morbid curiosity. * I have a separate Sony stereo receiver with bookshelf speakers. I plugged in the optical cable and HDMI, and it worked immediately. The two devices "talk" to each other, so I only need to use the remote that came with the TV. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. The interface is now much simpler than what I had before. I'm a tech person by trade, so the added complexity I used to deal with didn't bother me.

I love how I can preset apps on the Home Screen so that way it's easier for us to pick and watch instead of having to sit and search for the app we need. It's crystal clear for gaming also. Easier for you to be able to see every person or every spot of the game you need.
