We mainly watch sports and it does an excellent job for the price. Speakers are loud enough to drown out noise. No complaints at all, very satisfied!

This tv does provide all of this. Best view is with highest settings to get best picture. Also have a 8QLED. Picture is not as crisp, however for the use of the tv and the price it provides want is needed for the use and area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a Sony HD and are thrilled by the clarity of the picture. A terrific improvement, particularly when watching baseball. Movies and regular TV programs are vastly improved, adding immeasurably to the viewing experience. The only nitpick is wanting to be able to increase the brightness in some situations, beyond what is available from the settings menu. Otherwise, we heartily recommend Samsung TVs..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is amazing for a 1st time buyer. Size is great for a bigger living room wall. Color is good for a wide range of movies and tv shows. I am not 100% satisfied with the look of the darker colors. I can really see the pixels which black scenes. It makes me think I should have went with and QLED TV. In just did not want to sacrifice too much size when balancing the price, and quality. I believe over all I made a great purchase and it is an overall great product. 8.5/10

i bought this tv as a replacement for my 60in vizio from 2016. the vizio still works great, but i wanted a 4k tv with a better refresh rate. with my vizio i could cast any streaming app from my phone to it...from netflix to crunchyroll, but with my newer samsung i can only cast netflix and youtube music. amazon prime, hulu, discovery+, while they're on smarthub, the tv will not show up on the cast menu. after 3 hours texting and talking to customer support from parts unknown, the conclusion they finally gave me...after 3 disconnects...was that well, those apps just don't support the model of tv. they don't what?! ok, cool, awesome...so the tv itself is pretty good, screen is clear and vivid, looks great. smarthub has ads...blah. wish i could take it back.

The sound quality is good also unlike a previous TV that I had where you had to turn the sound up high during a show/program but quickly turn it down when the commercials came on. It was quick to set up as well. The one thing that could be a little better is the remote. It doesn't light up and is difficult to see at night.

I have not had this TV more than a year and it's already giving me issues. It freezes and then comes back. There was a light flashing on the left side of the screen. They came and fixed it but now it just turns off and I have to get out and get back in for it to work

The Samsung Crystal UHD TV was everything I was looking for. It works in tandem with my Samsung phone allowing me to control and cast directly to the TV by simply tapping the top of the TV with phone! The crystal clear picture is a plus! I love that it allows me to connect all of my streaming apps and explore and add other apps to increase my entertainment options. I love my new TV it has met and exceeded my expectations!
