[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always bought Samsung TV's only and was once again very happy with my purchase, it has great picture clarity, awesome color quality, great smart TV features along with a universal remote that has allot of features as well, stepped up from a 55" to a 65" and was so glad I did, this TV is very slim and lite weight, set up was very easy needing no tools to install the legs, the way the TV was packaged was excellent protection to keep it from getting damaged. For me Samsung is the only brand of TV's I will buy and they did not disappoint once again, you cant go wrong with purchasing this brand and model TV!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv. The game mode feature is amazing and has great colors and quality. The only problem I have had is the apple air play has had trouble connecting sometimes, but other than that I love it.

Bought 30 days ago. Great picture, easy to use once you know where to look. Most apps loaded easily but, a couple took 2-3 attempts but finally loaded. Only bought smaller size due to it was going into a RV, Had larger ones in the house and all worked flawlessly

unfortunately, that's not the only thing i was looking for. there were 2 things that were a must have for me and after buying even though it had the two things, they were not conveniently accessible. 1. bluetooth for headphones -- very hard to connect complicated 2. sleep time on remote. to get to the sleep time which i use every night, you have to go thru 12 menu keystrokes not very convenient. sorry i returned for an lg same type model/size with everything on the remote. it's not all about the picture. you need convenience too. sorry guys

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv so much. At first I couldn't figure out how to enable 4K on my gaming system but figured it out. Gaming looks crisp and amazing on this tv and Netflix, Hulu, and prime all look amazing as well. I honestly haven't had any problems with it and I feel like it will last a long time. The included tv feet were amazing and I didn't have to use screws or anything to put them in the tv. I love how it always enables game mode automatically. The smart tv options are great as well. I don't have any problems with input lag either. I love this tv so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit I absolutely love this TV. The size of the television fits perfectly in my space. The crystal-clear image it provides is intense with this particular size of TV 58 in. Bluetooth connection that allows for surround speakers it's absolutely incredible. The only thing I'm not happy about is there's no microphone so there's absolutely no voice access whatsoever with this TV. But thanks to modern technology Samsung has provided many updates.

this tv fails miserably at the one thing its supposed to be good at being a tv! this thing constantly fails to connect to our wifi network when literally every other device in our house is working fine. sometimes it will even connect to our wifi just fine only to drop the connection right in the middle of us trying to watch a tv show or movie. i'll try to open an app and it just immediately closes, reboot the tv and the issue still persists. i've been hoping for a software update for this tv but there hasn't been one meanwhile we're stuck with a mostly useless tv. this is most definitely the last samsung product we will ever own. this tv has been way too frustrating for us and i am certainly not going to maintain any level of loyalty to a brand that ships out broken products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since I bought my q7 in 17 I will never buy another brand TV. I have been loyal with the new ones since then. Furtherance the new 2020 7 series doesn't disappoint as usual. Love it as loaded with all my apps and for the deal I got couldn't go wrong thanks again. I would do all things Samsung as I feel they are the leader in technology but since my iPhone won't let move my pictures to the note20 easily and there is not Samsung iMessage I am stuck with a sub par phone

Was a smart TV sceptic but this device is very user friendly. It does almost all of what my Apple TV does. It's easy to go back forth between streaming services Ike Netflix, Apple TV, Acorn and Disney, and regular TV channels coming in over Bell Fibe connection. Physical connectorization is much simpler than on my old TV. Picture is great and I am watching my favourite IPL. Great for mirroring when the spirit moves you.

I was pleased with how easy it was to connect to the internet. I am looking forward to playing around with the features. I won't own a TV unless it is smart ever again!
