I'm a blind user and with my Samsung TV I am now able to use my TV with minimal help due to the Audio Guidance and Alexa. One thing I wish the remote had is a 30 second time jump button rather than needing to locate the screen time jump which takes quite a bit of navigation.

Got a great deal on this TV. I love the 55” screen, but it has a few dark areas. Very good picture and sound. Very easy to hook up. We don't use cable and it streams very well. Already own two Samsung TV's, and will own another when our old TV stops working.

The set up and interface is simple. Picture is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING running 4k. The television comes preloaded with quite a few apps, plus a large selection in the app store to choose from. One thing I really like is the Samsung Plus service that comes included. Many great shows and channels for free as long as you have internet connection. So many great options to make this your home entertainment hub, whether its movie night with the family, watching sports, or gaming with your buddies, look no further.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Crystal UHD 4k tv has such brightness and sharpness to its image. I'm amazed! Pictures don't do this tv justice. It has good speakers too. The sound is loud enough and very clear. Comes with control and batteries. I love that it's already a smart tv, so you don't need any extra equipment to be able to watch your favorite apps. It was also very easy to set up. Pretty much self explanatory. Just plugged it in, guided me through connecting to wifi and that was pretty much it. It took less than 5min. Overall, I'm super happy with my smart tv.

yes, it is slow to react to the cable remote. i thought it was the remote, but after the second replacement, i'm sure it's the tv. that being said, the tv picture is very good. it's super clear. i'm not very techie and it's easy to use, connect to my sound bar and to connect an external bluetooth speaker to. i'm happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the 58" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV in our home for over a month now and there is nothing I do not like about this TV. This TV by far has been the easiest I have ever set up. We no longer have to have 2 remotes to control the TV. The remote that comes with the TU7000 is a universal remote. The picture is crystal clear, the entire screen is filled with the show you are watching. The sound is amazing, watching an action packed movie sounds like you are in the film. The volume stays at the same level during the commercial so don;t have to worry about turning down the tv.

I like that I was able to sync it with my cable which allows me to transition from apps to cable with a single remote. I did have some issues initially connecting it to my wi-fi, but eventually got it to work and haven't had any problems.

Even old movies look 100% better on this unit. 58" just happened to be the perfect size for my space. If I had more room I would have gone with the same set in a larger screen size. You won't regret buying one of these television sets. The streaming built in is great too. Don't need hulu or netflix among other streaming services external devices.
