My only complaint is that setting up the off-timer requires multiple steps. I chose to spend my money on a quality TV and not a cheaper TV with a warranty. Thanks Samsung for quality!

We bought this TV 3 weeks ago and are thrilled with it. Pictures are clear and sound is good too. Easy set up took less than half hour start to finish. I love the Samsung tv plus feature, so many channels to choose from. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone. This is our first Samsung tv and won't be the last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has great picture and sound. It also has plenty of connection ports for everything. The only real complaint we have is the remote has a delay. The delay is noticeable enough to be annoying when trying to navigate on the tv.

My brother and I installed the unit on the wall right after moving in and having the Wi-Fi connected… it was amazing! The color, the ease of use, the intuitive design of the remote, even the non-amplified sound was great! Unfortunately though, we were not able to bring our old furniture up to the family room b/c the stairwell was too tight, but that hasn't stopped up from watching that big screen while sitting on the carpet! Thanks Samsung! The picture is nice that there's little need for a new couch!

From my experience, I've always known Samsung for their quality TV's and this one hasn't disappointed. I'm an avid gamer and my Xbox Series X looks amazing through this 4k picture. My only downside is I wish the output was at 120hz rather than 60hz. Overall, for the price point, this is a great 4k TV that I plan on hanging onto for a while.

We purchased the TU7000 82" ~6mos. ago from the Brick. It took two guys to deliver it and they also recommend 2 people to set it up (which I soon discovered why... this thing is HUGE!!!... even storing the cardboard box was a tad difficult & I can't imagine EVER having to move this thing.... it'd take a truck and a few hours to move it) The TV is excellent! The display is so much different from any of our previous TV's - - the people/animals on the screen look lifelike (it's difficult to describe but it's as if they come alive ... vs. other tv's). The only negative is >> the sound isn't the greatest and definitely need to be using a soundbar /surround sound /external speakers and for some reason both of our soundbars aren't compatible with the tv & am now looking to purchase another one.
