i decided to purchase this tv because my sister had an older samsung tv and the picture quality was great. so i had high hopes for this tv and i was hoping to ditch the fire stick with the smart tv features. so i was pretty disappointed with this tv. the picture quality is no better than my old non-4k vizio and the smart tv feature are incredibly glitchy to the point that i have up on it and went back to the fire stick. the apps constantly freeze up and half of the time they won't even launch unless i uninstall and reinstall them. and the 7 year old samsung tv actually has better picture quality. this product was not worth the extra money and i doubt i will buy another samsung again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First new TV in nearly ten years, replacing a 39 inch Toshiba LED and it's my first time really experiencing a 4K in person. SInce I'm disabled now and am pretty much homebound, I don't get to check out new tech like I used too. Saw this one on sale, check out it's specs and jumped at the the chance for a larger screen. Most of my electronics over the past five years have been from Samsung and have become a trusted brand in my house, so that pretty much locked down my decision on the purchase. Over the past couple of months of use I've got no regrets on my purchase. The picture is clear and clean, even making non UHD video look a lot better than I'd ever seen and seeing UHD movies that I have on Vudu remind me of when video games first started running at 60 fps back in the 90s. Still not a 100% used to this level of picture clarity. After setting up the streaming services that I use, I now have put off picking up a Roku since this has met my needs and it's nice not having to have a game console on all the time to stream. My only complaint is the speaker seemed to be in the back of the the unit and often requires me to turn the volume up to higher levels. Just a nitpick since one day I'll probably get a sound bar if I can find one to match my budget. I'm very satisfied with this TV, it's been great for gaming and streaming and I've already recommended this TV to my family.

The features like the apps (YouTube, Netflix, PrimeVideo, HBOMax, Spotify) is great. It has an amazing 4K viewing experience with great picture detail. The speakers are great with Dolby enabled giving it that extra sound experience, unlike other TVs. The Apple AirPlay on this TV is very fast and easy to connect, I either use my Mac or iPhone and it is very high-quality streaming. I love the remote and it's got some smart keys on it at the click of a button. The USB and HDMI slots at the back are useful if you want to connect to any media devices, gaming consoles, and HD devices. The button at the bottom of the TV is quite useful if you can't find your remote and want to do something on the TV you could use the button. I like how you can connect Bluetooth devices for audio on the TV if you want to connect headphones to listen by yourself. Overall, an excellent product by Samsung again. It ticks all boxes in features, pictures, sound, viewing experience, friendly UI & installation.

this tv was a replacement for my bedroom tv of a different brand but samsung won't accept hdmi input from our security cameras. the help from samsung tried to correct this but finally told me the camera system was at fault. the camera system help desk pointed out that the input worked with the previous tv and i also connected it to an even different brand tv in another bedroom with a longer cable and it worked perfect. i feel like i was brushed off by samsung. we have samsung washer & dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, cell phones & 3 tv's but i feel like samsung really let me down this time.

we would rate the tv as a 4 but the remote seems complicated compared to the other tv system we have. it was more difficult to initially set up and i have to say we are still struggling with the remote for locating shows and specific episodes the picture on the tv is good.

The picture is a advertised and the experience is enjoyable each time I power the device on. The menus are easy to follow and intuitive. My PS5 is so compatible that my tv opens up automatically when I am starting my PS5 using the controller. Finally, I get to choose which kind of display from Natural to Film Maker or Dynamic depending on what I am watching or playing. Love my Samaung TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my purchase. I love having a smart TV and not having to add devices to be able to stream all my subscriptions. It comes with Samsung TV too which offers a variety of channels. Initially I was having issues with mirroring my phone to the tv and the airplay feature. However, I reset the TV and tried again and it work. I use this feature for the workout apps. The colors are so crisp and clear it is really a great experience. I like using the SmartThings app to be able to turn it on and off when I don't have the remote. The sound is very clear and the TV can get very loud even without a sound bar.

The only difficult thing was that the tv didn't come with the appropriate screws to easily mount it, so there were three trips to the store to find the right screws. Set up was very easy as well. Picture quality is very good, and moving through the various screens/options is easy.
