[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the tv, i don't watch it much but sometimes the tv restarts by itself, by this I mean the internet disconnects automatically and there has been times where I have to do a whole factory reset to be able to re connect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] device has clear picture. only 1 compliant, frequently when TV is powered up it gives an error message that it doesn't recognize the HDMI input. To correct I unplug HDMI cable and plug bag in. I have called Samsung on this issue multiple times and never resolved.

picture is great. sound quality is good for a small room, but i do have to turn on my surround sound for our livingroom, especially when the kids are playing because it doesn't go up loud enough and i don't want to risk blowing the speakers at max volume. definitely easy to navigate through the menu, our 4 year old can do it. i've always been a samsung person so getting this tv in our budget was a no brainerd and hasn't disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV in my living room and it has been a dependable TV thus far. The picture quality is good and it has all the apps. I did have an issue with an error message stating that it wasn't connecting to the internet, even though it was connected.

I bought this TV which has great sound in itself. I use it and stream videos from my Samsung phone which works flawlessly!! I also stream video calls from my Samsung fold that I prop up and use to talk on my TV. The picture and sound is excellent for the price. Definitely recommend!

The picture quality it amazing I never knew what I was missing till I got a Samsung crystal TV .the picture makes u feel like ur right there on set. And u can hook your phone up by just tapping the side . It has access to all the streaming sites as well as a icon for ur gaming systems. It's bright and easy to see . The Remote is easy to use as well lots of options. This TV does alot more I just haven't gotten that far yet .

The manual is lacking an index to procedures making it very difficult to find answers. I very close to returning the TV. I still can't figure out if my MIRACLE-EAR Bluetooth hearing aids will connect or not. How do I find out?I have never had a more frustrating device!

My purchase was not a regret, and i will now make sure any tv i have to buy in the future will be a samsung. customer service is great as well, very helpful and thorough.

It was so easy to set up right out of the box. This TV will not disappoint. Blacks are black and the picture is very sharp. A great buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv for my home office but fell in love with it and ended up putting in my master suite, moving the old 32” from there to the home office. I love the apps and how easy it is, so far, to navigate through channels, settings, apps... The sound is great and the shows and movies look so vivid and crisp on the screen! Plus I think this was a real bargain for a smart tv of this size and being LED 4K Ultra HD. I wasn't expecting much because I've never owned a Samsung TV before, but I knew the quality would be great after owning other products made by the company.
