I wish there was a way to automatically bypass the Samsung TV app when turning on the tv. It's a minor inconvenience overall.

Best purchase I have made, I also love the fact that my smarthings is connected to my home appliances. Like when I'm washing clothes and it's done my TV will notify me that's its complete. i was very excited to get a new tv & usually have great luck with samsung as a brand. that was not the case this time. i tried changing every setting as far as the clarity & picture went. the quality was very subpar & was definitely noticeable to guests. when i called the appliance company i purchased from, they stated theyve had numerous returns and complaints with samsung lately. it gets a 2 star rating at least, for ease of the program & user friendly.

The HUB is easily navigable and organized well. You can do anything with this TV and I'm definitely glad I purchased it.

it is a wonderful thing when ai sets most of the settings for you. the picture is stunning, the wireless connection is seamless, and apps are easy to load. this has been the best electronic purchase i have ever made. it makes me want to throw out the rest of my smart tvs and get more samsung smart 4k tvs. now i know.....get one and enjoy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how clear everything is and how at times the picture looks live. It also has great color. However I don't know why the sound quality is so low. Most of the time I have to turn it up to 100 and it's still not loud as it could or should be.
