things started out fine with the my tv and then it stop working just out the blue. nothing happen, no power outage issue but the tv just stop work. after less than a year the tv should still be working and show a great picture. i'm hoping with the model number and information on the back that samsung can honor the 3-year warranty and i can receive a new tv soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has great picture and sound. It also has plenty of connection ports for everything. The only real complaint we have is the remote has a delay. The delay is noticeable enough to be annoying when trying to navigate on the tv.

Sound quality is good though if using a Firestick, I have to jack the volume up super high to get the volume of the regular 26 level on the TV. Could use an additional USB port. Overall, worth the money!

The remote even gives you easy access to connect to Samsung TV, Netflix, Hulu, and Prime. The Samsung TV is a very nice added feature as well. I would highly recommend this TV.

I only don't like the remote control navigation, it's hard to get out of the Samsung TV and navigate the TV. Otherwise it's good.

My wife was very reluctant to hang a Tv this big in our loft, but it's her favorite spot in the house now. We currently own 4 Samsung smart TVs that range from the TU6900-TU700 series and they have all been great. On this particular TV, we love the remote and it's ease of use (grandparents find it really easy when keeping the kids). The mobile app is great too and like controlling the TV from my phone when I misplace the remote (great when holding the baby). On Saturdays, this Tv is my go to for college football. Motion and sound is great and the picture quality is great in any lighting.

My wife and i both love video games and movies and i wanted a tv that would work well for both plus have good sound on its own for a reasonable price. This TV works flawlessly and I love how I can use Airplay and Dex on here. It has the apps I want and need and provides exceptionally detailed videos when playing my games or watching YouTube in HDR content.
