The tv will actually guide you through the process and even showed which buttons to use on the remote during the set up process! The picture is absolutely stunning, it's so clear! It also provides several streaming apps also! Has a ultra fast processor too! We are so satisfied with the quality of this tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I retired a decade ago and wanted a Smart TV with access to internet, when I realized my laptop computer was dying and I was concerned that I couldn't afford both a TV and a computer on my fixed income. I share my computer knowledge voluntarily with other seniors and it's easier to teach internet basics on a 50" screen. My Samsung Smart TV interacts with my S20 5G phone, so I can use the DeX app without attaching my DeX Docking Station. This is perfect for viewing items on large screen instead of a smartphone, tablet or laptop. While I see enjoy viewing my streaming apps, photos and videos; this TV has allowed me to enjoy my favorite naturescapes, music apps and YouTube videos with friends and family. I also had the pleasure of seeing my great nephew make football history at his high school online by connecting with live streams of his games. Never thought I would use a TV to attend a graduation or funeral but this TV kept me connected during the quarantine at the start of the pandemic. The picture is so large and clear it looks like the people on the news are speaking directly to you. Even old movies and TV shows look great. I used to have cable but couldn't afford it and changed to OTA antenna and internet router. The picture is even better now without cable. Thanks to SmartThings, I can turn the living room TV off from my bedroom; if I forget to turn it off beforehand. I really enjoy having this TV. It has improved my quality of life.

this is my first 4k and first smart tv. picture quality is great but my apps crash constantly. i have good, fast internet connection so i know that's not the issue. i was using a roku stick on my old tv and it worked perfect. i figured having the apps installed on a brand new tv would be even better but boy was i wrong. every single day i have to reboot the tv and/or the apps to get them to work. and then sometimes they will stop working again in the middle of a show. it's very frustrating to never be able to turn on a brand new tv and have it work the way it's supposed to. i expected more from samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is easy to setup, has very good image quality, and sounds quality works well. System has plenty of apps and are also easy to use. I assess for the money is an excellent pick. However, If I have to be picky I would say sometimes TV doesn´t connect to wifi, at times voices are a little hard to hear, music o FX sounds come to loud, and some codecs aren´t available nor able to obtain.

The Samsung channels are great, Only downfall we have found is it does not work as well with antenna for local digital channels. Vizio seems to work better for that. Otherwise we replaced 3 of our televisions with this same TV except the one is larger.

We were very impressed with the variety of channels included on the Samsung Plus channels. Overall it has been a great addition to our home, now I want another Samsung for upstairs.

I use it to watch my favorite shows and movies and being able to see them in such high definition makes it just much better. Not to mention, this TV really improves on darker scenes that show up still enhancing the quality of the show. Now let's talk about the gaming aspect that it features, see we have a next gen console which truly thrives with a TV such as this one. Having it instantly switch to gaming mode when the console turns on and also being able to play games with a high fps and still maintaining its 4k details, truly makes the games feel more immersive. When I say this TV is great, I mean it.
