[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my two new samsung televisions are simply too dark in low light conditions, no matter what settings we chose. specifically, disney's the mandalorian is so dark that images are almost indiscernible during scense that are shot in darkness/night. i have never had this issue with any other led television.

for a smart tv it is pretty dumb. the apps are tiny on the overall screen and the “trending now” or “popular” content within the app is bigger than the actual app. additionally, the free movies, or sponsored movies are thrown at you but it is difficult to even be able to see what app your cursor is on, even on a 58 inch screen tv. ridiculous.

The only downside is that at times, it randomly disconnects from the internet even though the internet connection to other thing such as tablet and phones are perfectly fine.

When I think of "Samsung" I think of high quality TV and my expectations were definitely met. From my experience, I've always known Samsung for their quality TV's and this one hasn't disappointed. I'm an avid gamer and my Xbox Series X looks amazing through this 4k picture. My only downside is I wish the output was at 120hz rather than 60hz. Overall, for the price point, this is a great 4k TV that I plan on hanging onto for a while.

We don't need to utilize the any of the ports to watch shows, movies or games, we love that. The Samsung Crystal UHD TV was everything I was looking for. It works in tandem with my Samsung phone allowing me to control and cast directly to the TV by simply tapping the top of the TV with phone! The crystal clear picture is a plus! I love that it allows me to connect all of my streaming apps and explore and add other apps to increase my entertainment options. I love my new TV it has met and exceeded my expectations!
