Picture quality is great. Sound quality is ok but could be better. The unit will lose Internet connectivity. I found the only way to resolve that is to unplug the unit and go through the setup process again. At one point I had to resort to resetting the TV to factory settings to get any of the apps to work.

It's Been a few months now, and for some reason out of the blue I'm having connection problems, apps are slow, while on other tvs in the house it's fine. I also wish there was a way to pause Autoplay when you turn on your tv, when you turn it on it will start playing Samsung tv, and I'm like, whoa settle down. I also wish you could delete apps you don't use that are predownloaded. The picture is great, I fell in love right away, but those are some issues I wish were fixed

Easy set up and everything I want in a new tv. Amazing picture (has 4 different settings and I was happy to have the “movie” setting and great sound. Remote is easy to navigate because it makes sense. Added all of the many apps I wanted and can quickly access them on the home page. I am very happy with my purchase and tv watching has become a joy again.

Needed an upgrade, so I went and looked for a Samsung TV. Got an excellent deal at a local Costco! This TV is awesome, runs perfect with clear picture. (I mainly use it for video games) The interface layout is easy to traverse with an easy setup guide.

This Samsung entry level 70 inch is top bang for the buck. Excellent picture quality and features for such a low price. Now, I did say it's "Entry Level". It's not a "QLED" or "OLED" or any of the high end screens. But it is quality Samsung LCD/LED screen with nice "Smart" features and WiFi streaming capable. At 597 bones for a beautiful Samsung 70 inch I'm totally happy. I don't believe in paying 200, 300 or 400% more to get 20 or 30% better performance. Not for anything. The software is a little buggy at times but these days what Smart TV isn't? Occasionally I have to soft reboot so the "ARC HDMI" will reconnect to my soundbar. But that's about it for bugs. An annoyance for sure but my 3 year old Samsung 65" Curved screen TV was way worse. They seemed to have fixed most of the bugs since then. Btw, NEVER buy a Curved screen! EVER! Every little reflection will be stretched across the screen. And heads can be distorted at the edges. It was AWEFUL, lol.

Have been billed! Have not RECEIVED yet! If I had known it would take this long I would have purchased another tv IN STOCK in the store! My experience with your delivery sucks! Plus you have the nerve to charge me for delivery! I will NEVER Oder anything from Sam's for delivery again if I want it in a timely matter!

Beautiful TV but user exp/interface lacking, difficult to navigate and there are certain apps that come with the TV such as the gallery but you can only use it if you have a Samsung phone. No ability to use remote control from your phone. Samsung should model Roku's interface where it's easy, clear and fast to use. No need to sign in on everything! Other than that, the tv picture is gorgeous and Samsung has some nice features such as additional TV channels.

Does not let you add any more applications from Playstore. The operating system is not android and hence whatever applications it suggests and are pre-installed are pretty much what you could work with. If you need any other additional apps you would have to invest in a casting unit which would do the work even in a non-smart tv

First the delivery was a week early. Second the delivery men proceeded to open the box on my request to see if screen was broken. I did tip them. The set up was easy. The picture quality is fabulous. I calibrated the picture from online recommendation from CNet and Google. Sound is ok but I have surround sound so I'm good

Actually I'm not too happy with it. First it was turning off and on for about 2 weeks, then I had sound but no picture. Now I have nothing. As of last weekend no picture and no sound. The little power light on the bottom goes on for a few seconds then off then it flickers and repeats. The tv is only 2.5 years old. Right now I'm using my Panasonic plasma which I got in 2004 and works perfectly.
