When we purchased this Samsung TV we realized we could drop the satellite provider because this TV was capable of so much. It has many preloaded apps for streaming. We are in our 60s and we had no trouble setting this up and getting started; just followed the steps provided. We had kids and grandkids giving us suggestions for apps, which was helpful. We thoroughly enjoy the choices we have and the features available. The picture quality is superb, and the sound is great as well. We love the big screen (had a 42 inch before this 65 inch). I would recommend this TV to anyone getting ready to purchase a smart TV.

I am using this product for one year and satisfied with both hardware and software. I get a lot of TV channels from Samsong TV. I can download applications for free too. I use wifi to see and can see alot of TV move channels for free. Youhave htmi input and TV antrnna as phsical input only! I am happy to have this TV even I can not connet it o my old VCR or my old strerio. My old system has treditional AV output only.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all I enjoy Samsung products and have sued them for as far back as I can remember however I must admit with this tv I'm a little let down while the picture is fantastic for the room my tv is in the speakers a bit lack luster and don't provide anywhere near an immersive experience like I was hoping for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my TV I use it to stream movies and play games. . I haven't had it long but it's very easy to use. I was also able to link my phone when I can't locate my remote I can use my Samsung smart phone. I think this was a great investment.

Not only it took me an hour to enter this as it was “downloading” page but you are truly annoying with how many letters you want in description. There you go, you can give your gift card to someone else, as while your tv is good, you are not.

It recognized my Blu-ray as soon as i plugged it in and configured the remote for control of the player. Apple devices stream to it with no issues. Wi-Fi setup was easy and adding apps for streaming services was a breeze. All in all very pleasantly surprised and the picture quality is fantastic too.

Note this is not a high end model to expect to get what you paid for, overall performance won't blow you away. The only downside to this device would be the limited HDMI ports but it is manageable and not a huge downside. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking to upgrade on a budget.
