Storm Wash Titan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased Samsung's latest dishwasher equipped with the innovative Storm Wash feature, which is a game-changer in our kitchen. This cutting-edge addition ensures that even the toughest stains and residues are effortlessly removed from your dishes. The Storm Wash feature utilizes powerful jets of water from multiple angles, creating a strong cleaning action that tackles baked-on food and grime, leaving your dishes spotless. We are also impressed by its sleek design which seamlessly integrates into any kitchen aesthetic, making it not only functional but also a stylish addition to our home. Another standout aspect of this Samsung dishwasher is its all stainless interior, which looks great and will last a long time. The easy-to-navigate controls provide a wide range of washing cycles and options, ensuring flexibility to meet your specific needs. Whether you're looking for a quick rinse or a heavy-duty wash, this dishwasher has you covered; it's 60-min quick cycle is surprisingly effective. Overall, it was easy to install, is quiet, holds everything we need and just works. Another great Samsung product.
Smart Dishwasher that is thoughtfully Designed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using it for few months now and it's been great. Ability to get notifications on Smartthings app and control the dishwasher options from the app makes life easier. The 3rd rack is great for small items like spoons, knives forks etc. The Auto Open door after wash is great as well. Quite when running. Overall, I recommend this to anyone who needs a good dishwasher with 3rd rack and app connectivity
Best investment!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke dishwasher is the perfect addition to my kitchen appliances. Not only is it the perfect fit under my island countertop but it blends in so well with the White Glass finish. As with any Bespoke series appliances by Samsung, one can easily swap the front finishes to different colors but the white glass finish ended up being our choice to blend well with our bespoke refrigerator and the gray/shiny cabinets we have. It was professionally installed for us so I cannot speak to ease of installation but I can say that something important to note is that if installing yourself, make sure that the final installation is perfectly plumb with the countertop as we found out during install that our countertop wasn’t leveled perfectly so we had to adjust the dishwasher slightly. Not a show stopper. Now for the fun part, the features. This dishwasher is as quiet as it gets, I have no issues watching a movie in the living room and have the dishwasher running at the same time with no interruptions or any sound issues. It comes in at a whopping 46dba which is very low noise level. I absolutely love how loaded it is with different cycles and features. For starters, you can easily add it to the smart things app by Samsung. I have a Samsung galaxy phone so integration with smart things was even more seamless. It automatically detected the dishwasher the moment I turned on smart things and added it successfully. Make sure you link it to your home wifi as well as it does have a built-in smart control function which allows you to remotely control the dishwasher through the app/phone. I am able to see when it finishes, when it’s running, and select different cycles all remotely. I am also able to start the dishwasher and stop it if I so desire. There are different cycles available but I absolutely love the set and forget it cycle which is called AUTO. I let it automatically detect soil level and cycle accordingly with the right amount of energy and water as needed. To me this is roughly a 2.5 hrs cycle which works well and I get clean dishes every time. The remaining cycles are ‘normal’, ‘heavy’, ‘delicate’, express 60, preblast, download cycle. Most of these are self-explanatory except the preblast and download cycle. The preblast cycle helps with making sure if your pots for example are heavily soiled, it will turn on the turboblaster (yellow jet disk bottom left corner) feature which is pressurized jets that will help clear out the majority of stuck on soiled food. The express 60 is also great because it finishes the whole cycle in 1 hour in case there is an urgency to get dishes clean faster or multiple rounds are needed after a party etc. It takes standard HE detergent powder, liquid, or tabs. I personally like the tabs as it’s an all in one and the outcome is super clean dishes. The rinse aid compartment is also available if you choose to use it. The download cycle is unique in that you can select on the app special cycles such as baby items, night mode, plastics, or pots and pans. Each with different properties depending on what you are washing. It also has a delay start up to 24hrs which is great if you do not want your hot water to run out while you are showering so I set mine at 2am delay start when everyone is asleep with no issues as it will be ready by morning. Another unique feature of this dishwasher is the drying method. Not only does it have the traditional electric drying but it also auto opens the door at the end of cycle to get fresh air in to aid in the drying process. I must say I haven’t had any issues with wet dishes when I take the dishes out compared to my old dishwasher. I also didn’t experience any etching or any film on any of my glasses or dishes. Of course, I will point out that I do have a water softener installed so it definitely helps with making sure I don’t have hard water while the dishwasher is running. This dishwasher comes with 3 racks with top rack to be used for flatware or any cooking utensils, middle rack (typically top) on traditional dishwashers to be used for cups and bowls, and bottom rack for pots/pans/dishes. I love that the bottom and middle racks are adjustable in height and also that the 3rd top rack can be completely removed if necessary or if not utilized to give extra clearance for larger glasses or cups/bowls. Overall this dishwasher I can simply say is unique in features, design, ease of use, and does the most important job that matters well – clean the dishes. I am confident that my dishes are clean and sanitized and I am saving energy and water doing so compared to hand washing. I would highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone looking for a do it all dishwasher that is quiet and performs really well.
Cant connect to smart things
My dishwasher doesn't connect to smart things. I even contacted the support and followed all the steps they asked me to but still isn't connected. Btw, I also have Samsung refrigerator, washer and dryer , all of which have no problem connecting to smart things, it's only this dishwasher which has issues.
Hi Yahska, It must be frustrating to have the dishwasher not connect to SmartThings, especially when your other Samsung appliances, like the refrigerator, washer, and dryer, are working perfectly with it. We are here to help. SmartThings greatly relies on a wireless connection. Ensure that your dishwasher is getting good Wi-Fi connectivity under the counter or inside the cabinet. I have shared the link to this model's user manual below. Please visit the link and turn to pages 35 - 36 for SmartThings and guidelines for connecting. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202407/20240725150331825/North_America_DW5000C_WEB_DW0003_English_240710.pdf To supplement the user manual information or guide, I have also shared a Samsung link below to help with your experience. UPGRADE from KitchenAid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely an upgrade from our last dishwasher (KitchenAid). I really like the clean lines and modern look of the unit with no visible buttons or handles. I also like the Smart features and how well the the machine washes dishes. My only real complaint would be the configuration of the lower tray - it doesn't hold the same amount of dishes as my prior dishwasher, causing me to have to run the machine more often.
It's very quiet and well designed and functions.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very well designed and working perfectly. Compared to my old other brand washer, it's much clean and best part is sanitizer function. It's very quiet and has 3 layers ... only thing I am having hard time is chopsticks and spoons rack bottom part ... need little more small holes. I am strongly recommend this product.
Pleasantly Surprised!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of the Samsung appliances in my new home. I have this and all of my Samsung products on the Smart Things app. I was pleasantly surprised by the quietness of the dishwasher. It cleans well and easy to clean the filter.
I'd give it 5 stars, if it dried the dishes...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most certainly the quietest dishwasher I've ever owned. The first time I ran it, I actually had to get about 2 feet away from it to hear it running. The third rack is very nice, especially if you want to pull the silverware bin out for larger items on the bottom rack, but still wash your silverware. The ability to change the height of the second rack is also a plus, in case you have taller glasses or taller things on the bottom rack. The integration with my phone and alexa is nice, although not "necessary". Not much to do with a dishwasher besides put soap in it and select a cycle; you're likely not going to do that remotely. The only reason that I didn't give this product 5 stars is that it doesn't dry the dishes. It doesn't have any drying mechanism; just make the water hot, and pop the door open at the end and let the air do its thing. While I do appreciate not having something plastic fall down on a hot coil (which I did have happen in my old dishwasher), I would have preferred if it even had recirculated air drying to dry the dishes. Other than that, it works well, installed easily, and has cleaned my dishes very well.
Great Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dishwasher is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. It is beautiful and sleek, looks great in my kitchen and matches all of my other appliances. My favorite part is that I can't even tell when it is running. I can't hear it at all. I also like the cute little musical tune it plays when it is complete. I really love this dishwasher and highly recommend it!
So quiet and cleans!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, so, this dishwasher is so quiet, I have to get right up to it to listen and see if it started or not. Love that! also, I've been using the stormwash function deliberately because I get a lot of cups with the hardened on milk (yuck) Stormwash function absolutely cleans off all that, so I don't have to soak and scrub ahead of time. I can't actually say enough good things about this - the extra third rack - genius! frees up space in the rest of the dishwasher for other stuff. Finally - I love so much that it pops open the door when the wash/dry cycle is finished. My last dishwasher was not drying anything - such a pain. This Samsung fixes all that. Very happy about this.
