The setup was seamless, and the smart features are incredibly convenient. We loved it so much that we decided to get one for our home too. The dishwasher is super quiet, and the StormWash feature ensures everything comes out spotless. Highly recommend!

The configuration is much better than the whirlpool it replaced and we are not having to clean inside weekly to remove mold & mildew. (Yes, we still rinse all dishes & remove all food debris before putting in dishwasher.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the stainless steel of this dishwasher. I also love the delay start feature. I however would not repurchase this dishwasher again due to the interior layout. The top rack only has two height features that aren't 100% functional in either position. If you drop it to the lowest setting, the spray washer strikes and is stopped by plates in the lower rack. If you move the top rack to the highest position, then you are limited on the positioning of bowls and small plates as the utensil rack on top catches upon these items when you pull it out.

With plenty of space it does an amazing job cleaning! We have not used the wifi on it yet so I cant speak to the technology! But it is wifi capable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good the dishwasher has been great and cleans much better than our old one from another brand which was only 5 years old. The open to dry is a game changer because after not to long all the dishes are almost completely dry without needing a dry cycle. I'll check back in if anything goes wrong and detail how it is handled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dishwasher cleans well and is exceptionally quiet. We love the auto open feature at the end of the cycle which enables dishes to finish drying so we aren't putting wet dishes in our cupboards. Our only concern is that it is sometimes hard to hit the exact right spot on the touchscreen on the top to change cycles or set the delay. Not sure if this is a problem with the dishwasher or us just learning where the right spot is.

DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER. IT CAME BROKE. AND WARRANTY IS AWFUL. WE HAVE BEEN SITTING W A BROKEN USELESS DISHWASHER FOR OVER 3 WEEKS. THE "WARRANTY VENDOR" HAS BEEN A JOKE. FINALLY, GOT AN APPT ... TOOK OFF W9RK, WAITED ALL DAY FOR TECH AND AT 4:15 CALLED TO SAY THEY WERENT COMING. "WARRANTY VENDOR" NOW SAYS ITLL BE ANOTHER WEEK AND THEYLL CALL TO SET SOMETHING UP FOR THE REPAIR. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG.

I’ve been using it for about 8 months, and it’s been a great performer so far. One thing to note is that it has a filter that needs to be cleaned periodically—if it’s not, the dishwasher can start to smell. The dishes come out very clean when I use pods. Overall, this is a product I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
