I already had 2 of these purchased from somewhere else and when I saw they are 20% cheaper here I bought a third one to store my supplies for my business. They are great quality and allow you to pull the tote you need at the time. No more stacking and restacking to find what you need. I use this setup to store my Sam’s ribbon in and can pull the season I’m working on when I need it!

This is a very good blend for general feeding. No fruit to clog your feeders, but a high percentage of edible black oil seeds (not the immature inedible type that go to waste) and a surprising percentage of peanuts. Like most MM products, you can't beat the quality at this price point!

Great price but inconsistent content. I am on my 5th bag. The first 4 bags were very similar in content (mostly black oil sunflower seeds). This 5th bag has a lot fewer sunflower seeds. So much so that I bought a bag of sunflower seeds to mix in with it.

This is the best bird food for all birds. It’s not full of what I call filler seed. We have cardinals,finches ,woodpeckers and more that love this food. I like it better when it was $20.00 a bag. We never have found empty hulls in the bag. We highly recommend it.

I had to buy two for this great price. I know all my little birds that I feed everyday will be happy I did. I love the convience of having a large product delivered right to my door and I recieved my order super quick too. I love Sam's Club!!!!!!

Probably the best bird seed I’ve come across. It’s all seed and none of the “filler seed” that most bagged bird seed has. The price for a 40lb bag is awesome. Just wish it was in stock in the club more often. I don’t mind having it shipped to me just don’t appreciate paying the shipping cost.

I’ve been buying this bird seed so long that I remember when it was practically half the current price per bag! It’s a favorite at my fringe-of-urban condo complex. The birds, wild turkeys, squirrels, chipmunks and deer all absolutely love it. And the occasional raccoon! I go through at least two bags a month trying to keep all the creatures happy. Even at today’s pricing, it beats all the “junk” mixed seed offerings available at pet, farm and home improvement stores.

This feed is well worth the price. Why? No Milo, just Millet, Sunflower, and all sorts of other yummy seeds that birds WILL EAT. Milo never gets eaten by our wild birds. Those are the orange-brown round seeds that are too large for small birds to eat. Small birds eat millet, the smallest cream-colored seeds. The larger birds prefer sunflower, nuts, raisins, etc. By the time I calculate the waste incurred from the uneaten seed, this bag of seed, without milo, is well worth it. If you see the milo gone every morning and think this is incorrect; check for mice, rats, moles, possums, raccoons, or deer traffic at night. True.

Compared to the previous brand I purchased (which I don’t believe Sam’s Club carries anymore) the birds in my area really prefer this blend. I think it’s because there are just way more sunflower seeds in this blend and other tasty things. I have a rather short feeder that can fit six to eight birds on it, and I’ll have close to twelve birds on my balcony at times seeking to enjoy some of the birdseed. While there is a mechanism on the bag for easy opening I just used scissors to cut an opening. I’m sure all birdseed bags are built similarly, but nonetheless I’d note that this bag is fairly easy to manipulate and pour, at least it was for me based on how I made an opening in the bag. The blend attracted a great deal of smaller finches, as well as a handful of cardinals and the occasional blue jay.

Convenience at a good price. Location: Southeastern USA Our backyard wild birds love this blend...with the exception that "our" birds really don't care for the small round seeds in the mix - it just gets wasted onto the ground. That's the reason for 4 instead of 5 Stars.
