I currently feed this to my wild birds, but I mix in premium mix. My last few bags have had no Safflower seed, maybe the entire bag had about 15 peanuts, there were branch stems. The white millet is ignored by all my birds, Cardinals, Titmouse, Chickadee, Woodpeckers, etc. The doves will eat it, but those have all but disappeared in my area. I would like the white millet removed in favor of white stripped sunflower seed, or more safflower or peanuts. This bag is not supreme but is a great filler for other supreme seed. Maybe reduce the bag size to 25 lbs, keep the price the same, but add more quality ingredients. I do enjoy the Members Mark product line, but this is a miss for me.

This bird food has attracted a wide range of birds to our bird feeder. Newcomers include: Red-bellied Woodpecker, Goldfinch, Eastern Towhee and Barn Wren. Others are: Cardinals, Black-headed Chickadees, Brown-headed Cowbirds, Downy Woodpeckers, Bluejays, etc. We noticed new birds arriving when we started using this bird food. While birds visit through the the day, it’s a busy place in the early morning & late afternoon. And, while teleworking, watching the birds is an unexpected enjoyment, especially our resident Woodpecker. Great product, don’t hesitate to buy it!

Birds really love it and the cost can't be beat. We have 5 songbird feeders outside year round (more for the hummers March through October) and use a LOT of birdseed. We put sunflower chips in some of the feeders and this wonderful blend in the others. They love both, but these are much less expensive. They do compare to what we used to buy for $2-$3 a pound, so we are delighted with this mix at this price. It's been a little hard to get at times lately, so we're just hoping that is a temporary situation because we rely on the availability of this birdseed. Thanks, Sams!

This birdseed is high quality! Not just seed but peanuts which birds love and black sunflower seed.... Our outdoor birds love this food... a higher grade than discount stores... where u pay more for a much lower quality seed. Most discount stores sell seed which is just seed.... but the amount of the high quality black oil sunflower seeds and peanuts is unbelievable! Thank you SAMS!

I've been buying this seed for a few years. I have been disappointed in how much millet there is in a bag. The birds I feed, drop the millet in the tray I attached to the bottom of the feeders. I tip the feeder to clear the tray of millet. I ran the seed from my last bag through a colander to remove the millet. There was at least 5 pounds of millet, probably more. I just tried the Nut and Fruit feed. Quite expensive at $33 for 20 pounds, but it looks great and no millet! The birds are busy eating it.

Our birds love this birdseed! I get beautiful Cardinals and other small pretty birds with it. My husband puts it in a feeder outside the window at his mother’s nursing home and the birds almost fight over it! My mother-in-law really enjoys watching all the birds come. My husband has to fill up feeder at least 2 times a week because they eat it all so fast:)

We go through 40 pound of this seed every two weeks. Our birds devour it. We have four handing feeders plus a ground station in which we use this seed and the birds love it. One of the reviews complained about something that looks like kitty litter mixed with the seed. That is calcium carbonate. I looked it up and found that it is desirable for the birds to have calcium in their feed. They’ll seek it for strong bones and eggs. If they have a good supply of calcium, they’ll lay more eggs. This is an excellent wild bird seed and you can’t beat the price.

I bought this bird seed for the first time a few days ago. I am well pleased with the blend. It attracts a lot of song birds. It don't have a lot of junk in it like some other seed that I have used. It is economical compared to the price of other brands of similar seed.

I am so happy that I took a chance on this seed. I was using straight sunflower over the summer and felt bad the little birds were being left out. I thought I'd try this seed for the combination of all types of seeds but I wanted to still be heavy on the sunflower. This has lived up to my expectations! Ever since I started putting this out in my front yard and on my deck railings the birds have been going nuts! I have so many little birds and the blue jays and cardinals come by the dozens at all times of the day. There is no grit or gravel as some reviewers said, it's just a great mix of valuable seeds and of course millet for the doves, wrens and chickadees. They need to eat too you know so don't complain about the millet as a filler, it's a healthy seed for the little guys!

Great value and very good mixture of seeds for backyard feeders. Best of all, a variety of birds can and do enjoy this product and my husband and I get to ebjoy watching them. Have purchased several times and the quality and consistency are always top notch
