Have bought this many times. The most recent bag is almost all black sunflower seeds. Some of our birds do not like it and won't eat from one of our feeders. I guess it is not a good ratio/mix with the rest of the ingredients. I bought this bag online so maybe that is why it is different though the bag's packaging looks the exact same.

High quality mixture of seed for backyard birds. So happy I stocked up before this past snow storm. Feeding directly on back deck snow floor and front porch cement. Hundreds of sparrows, chickadees, tit mouses, blue jays & cardinals. My inside cats are entertained all day!

Been buying this seed for years with no issues. Recently purchased a new bag and I must’ve been delivered a bad batch. It wa solid and clumping together in the bag from the minute it arrived. Made it very had to actually use and made me concerned what had happened because I’d never experienced that before.

I am not very happy with this birdseed. The listing says it contains sunflower seeds, peanuts and raisins but MAKES NO MENTION of the fact it actually contains at least half millet seed, probably more by weight, how disappointing!! It also states "no fillers", I think the cheap millet would qualify as a filler.

Bird’s and squirrel’s won’t touch the stuff. Tried this product secondary to rising grain prices at local farm store. Historically critters would empty feeder on a daily basis. This product has been in feeder for 2 weeks and not sure why they won’t eat it? …and yes the feeder was clean when I filled it. Seed looks fine, I question if it has been highly processed or treated with preservatives?

Best quality bird seed that I've found, But..... the price increased $6.00 at one time, over a period of a week?? This isn't what I've come to expect from Sam's. Even during covid times nothing increased that much at once. :( And my membership is coming up for renewal in a couple of weeks, too. :(

This is Sam's Club premium birdseed. It's fairly good. Has nuts and seeds the birds like. Sam's used to carry a name brand Premium birdseed at twice the cost. There was a much better variety and quality of seed. However, the birds seem to eat Sam's brand just fine, so I'll continue to buy it. I really like having the 40 pound bags of seed shipped directly to my door. Free shipping if you're a Plus member and I don't have to lift 40 pounds in and out of my car.

This mix is heavy on the standard bird seed food that gets mostly tossed aside from the relatively small amount of sunflower seeds and nuts. This contains way too much "filler" material that the cost doesn't justify the overall purchase. I found that birds pick through the small seed to get the sunflower seed and nuts, so I will not be purchasing this item again.

Millet Milieu - the amount of millet seed clogs up the feeder because most birds do not eat millet seed when there is other good seed around. It hides the good seed from the birds and they fling it on the ground for the squirrels and chipmunks - ie, attracts rodents. Sorry that the bag is not rodent proof but got destroyed while in my garage. Your better to get a bag of Black Oil Seeds at Wal-mart.

The mix is not as nice as other brands I have used seems to have more sunflower oil seeds and I’ve gotten more of the nuts and berries mixed with another brand of supreme blend,I bought this, but I don’t think I would be buying it again. And the other brand for the amount of weight which is 40 pound bag was $21 versus the price of 29.
