We use a lot of birdseed and there just seems to be a lot less waste than we see with other products. This last year we have seen a few more stems and "trash" in the mix but it is still a good value and has something for all our feathered friends.

I have tried several different blends and styles of bird seed/feed and this one is the one most favored by our critters. The high concentration of sunflower seeds seems to appeal to birds and squirrels alike. The size and the quality of the contents makes this a good choice for me. I have two 5 gallon buckets with well sealed lids and this bag fills both to the rim and I can toss the bag.

Good mix of high ingredient seed. This has attracted a wide range of bird species. The Cardinals, Blue Jays, Grackles, Sparrows, and Chickadees (to name a few) love it, but so do the Mourning Doves and Robins who eat the seed that drops in the ground.

Good enough for the price, but there are a lot of stems and little pieces of bark and wood chips. I used it to make my own spicy seed mix, so it was a bargain.

There is a heavy percentage of black sunflower seeds, but enough of other varieties to attract all kind of birds. Ive been buying this for several years. I feed it all year round. It is a fairly large quantity, so i bought a steel trash can with lid to store it, because once opened, and plastic bag being difficult to reseal, the open bag attracts moths whose larvae love this stuff, too. Good value.

The birds love it. It contains more sunflower seeds and other items like peanuts and what looks to be raisin than any other mixture. The other mixed seeds bags from other retailers contain mostly milo and cracked corn with little sunflower, and usually no peanuts unless you specifically buy nuts and fruit mix. And I don’t like to buy solely black sunflower seed bags. This is a great find. Especially when it has the $5 instant savings applied. I’ll continue to purchase more bags even with the instant savings gone.

Good blend of seeds to attract all birds for the price. Has more sunflower seeds and peanuts than the regular value brand which has mostly filler seeds birds.don't eat and price isn't much more if any compared to the regular value mixes. Attracts all size birds from juncos, finches, titmouse, cardinals, to bluejays including chipmunks and squirrels unfortunately.. Well worth it.

Too much filler. Need something with all sunflower seeds

All the birds like the sunflower seeds and will kick/peck away the misc. seeds to get to the sunflower seeds. I’ll get 100% sunflower seeds next time.

I’m on my second bag, the birds love it! We have several Cardinals, House Finch’s, Sparrows, Blue Jays & Redwing black birds the only bad thing is I have to fill the feeders every two to three days!
