I've never bought a pillow that loses it's puffiness after one use. The air in it is the only thing that keeps it semi comfortable and it pushes out when you lay on it. Then it is too firm and flat. It hurts my head. It being bigger makes it worse too. They don't fill the pillow. I wouldn't suggest these to anyone. Unfortunately I bought two 2-packs and reading other reviews you can't return for your money. Only another pillow. I would much rather buy a cheaper one somewhere else.

Thought it was super nice %26 soft until I tried washing one before use %26 it immediately got a giant hole at the seam and erupted stuffing all over the rest of the laundry %26 my machine. pillows have to be washed, so they absolutely must be washable. i wash all my other pillows often with no issues.

I have always purchased these pillows and the quality would be excellent. The last set I purchased were a definite waste of money and wish I had not thrown away the packaging so I could send them back. The pillows went flat after 2 days of sleeping on them. They are no where near the hotel premier brand anymore and should be discontinued.

I've purchased these pillows several times over the years, and these pillows are not as firm as they used to be. You can now squeeze the pillow and touch your fingers together. While rubbing your fingers together, the inside feels like the batting from a cheap, polyester-filled comforter. I don't think I will keep these. Back to the drawing board in my search for a decently firm pillow.

I have been buying these pillows for years and the last 10 that I bought for a family gathering turned out really awful. These pillows used to be firm which is needed for my family and within one night they were all flat. So disappointing that they were changed. Please go back to how they were before. Firm!

These are extremely flat and have no fluff. I bought some of these pillows a few years back and they were wonderful. Have bought more twice since the first pillows I'd bought and both times they were so flat and uncomfortable to the point where I get headaches from them. I'm not going to take anymore chances in these in the future.

The pillows are fine, not for every day use, but I like them for stuffing the decorative shams. The issue is the shipping. I've ordered these lots of times, in various sizes, and they NEVER arrive when promised. Usually a week after. I don't know how Sam's hasn't figured this out, but it happens time after time. Frustrating when you want to get a project finished!

I purchased the Queen size. I really wanted to like these pillows but this is what I found straight out of the bag. I also put one of these in a Queen size pillow case but by the time I got in and took it back out the pillow was all out of shape. Returning. Hopefully they have something better.

We have bought these pillows for years. Unfortunately, the last 2 times we have purchased them, they have become lumpy within the first week of use and develop a big hole where your head lays in the middle of a pillow. Definitely not what they used to be.

I purchased these pillows online and they were shipped to my house. I was in the hospital and didn't start using the pillows until the end of June. I noticed I all of a sudden was bite type marks were appearing on the back of my right shoulder and then a few on my right arm. Today I noticed I now was having them on both shoulders. I pulled the pillow cases off the pillows and to my "HORROR" there were bed bugs on all of the pillows I had ordered. The older pillows were fine and the mattress was fine - they were only on the new pillows. I have contacted Sam's Club but haven't heard back from them yet!!!
