Good inexpensive pillow

These used to be decent pillows but they are worthless now! Absolutely no support. Member's Mark products are going downhill.

Literally like the pillows at a hotel that you wish you could buy for home but never could discern what pillows they are. These are great. I’m prone to migraines and this takes alllllllll the pressure off my head and neck.

Don't be fooled they're good for about 2 months then they lose shape. Flat and hard. Years ago these were the best in the last couple of years not at all. Not to mention the stitching is horrible stuffing coming out the end

The pillows used to be good now within a month a month and a half to go flat they don’t use the same fiber or just not as much. I’m not happy with them.

Go ahead - - Wash and dry this thing following the label instructions. Then tell me it's a 5-star pillow. Not so much. The insides will separate and deform. No amount of shaking, fluffing, pulling or pressing is going to help. You'll either have a dog bone shaped pillow or a sack with all the fill at one end. I returned the first set thinking surely they had a manufacturing defect - - but no. The second set did the exact same thing after a single wash.

For over a decade, this pillow was the only pillow (brand from Sam's) that worked for me. All others caused headaches and back pain. I admit, it'd been too long since I purchased this pillow - probably about 2020. Although the pillow kept its form well, my allergies dictated that I replace it. I noticed that Member's Mark had been added to the insignia on the pillow, but I assumed since the design looked the same that it would be equivalent. NO FREAKING WAY! I cannot sleep through the night. My head, neck and back hurt. It's been 1 month and it's as flat as a tissue. I will NEVER buy this again. It is 4am. I cannot sleep through the night. Whatever changes have been made manufacturing this pillow in the last 2yrs have compromised the quality and made it unusable. I'm extremely disappointed!

I purchased these pillows online and they were shipped to my house. I was in the hospital and didn't start using the pillows until the end of June. I noticed I all of a sudden was bite type marks were appearing on the back of my right shoulder and then a few on my right arm. Today I noticed I now was having them on both shoulders. I pulled the pillow cases off the pillows and to my "HORROR" there were bed bugs on all of the pillows I had ordered. The older pillows were fine and the mattress was fine - they were only on the new pillows. I have contacted Sam's Club but haven't heard back from them yet!!!

We have bought these pillows for years. Unfortunately, the last 2 times we have purchased them, they have become lumpy within the first week of use and develop a big hole where your head lays in the middle of a pillow. Definitely not what they used to be.
