This sugar is great! I use this a lot for my baking and have noticed it's pretty consistent in quality across the board. There are occasionally some very small clumps, smaller than a quarter of a pea, but I haven't noticed any that haven't dissolved once introduced to liquid.

If I'm going to buy sugar, it will be Zulka. I don’t use anything else.

It is not brown sugar any more, it's brown color is getting very light, almost like refined.

I’ve been buying this sugar for a long time, and unfortunately, it’s just not the same anymore. Since production moved to the USA, the quality and taste have noticeably changed. It used to have a richer, more distinct flavor, but now it tastes like plain refined white sugar. The depth and character it once had are completely gone. I was really disappointed because this used to be my go to, but it no longer stands out from cheaper, generic options. I truly hope they consider going back to the original formula and quality.
