[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our refrigerator about two weeks ago. It is very nice and does not show finger prints and is very well lit up inside. On the negative side the ice cubes are very small but the ice maker is very quiet. So far we are very pleased with our new refigerator.

My husband and l purchased this fridge 4 years ago. Love the style of the freezers on the bottom and all the functions, especially the smug resistance stainless steel. Wipe with a microfiber cloth and shines like new. However the compressor failed after only four years. Yes it was under warranty which LG covered with relative ease….but loosing all that food and not having a fridge for more than a week was expensive. We tried and failed to keep it cool with ice …but in the end most of what we had needed to be tossed. And eating out because of fear also was expensive. They did kindly give us 150 for the groceries but we spent a lot more refilling. We miss the old days when a fridge or any appliance for that matter would last! Spending that kind of money is an investment.

I bought the refrigerator about 5.5 years ago and the compressor went out. I did not purchase an extended warranty but to my surprise compressors are covered for 10 years. I was so thankful all I had to pay for was the labor. The LG help desk was so kind and helpful the techs they referred to come out to our home was amazing. I will forever stand behind LG products and I am so thankful we still have our refrigerator that we love so much! Thanks LG for the great customer service and standing behind your product for 10 years! I’m so thankful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 3 weeks ago. Easy set up. Owner's manual had all the info I needed. Spacious, easy to organize. Like the on the door temp readings. Freezer drawers illuminated! like that! Water filter easy to reach. Fingerprints just wipe off. Found the LG website very helpful while making selection. Whole process was seamless, from internet search, to selection, to store demos, to purchase, to delivery and disposal of old unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we love this refrigerator. I like the features like the clean air filter and the notifications when the doors are left open. We have small kids so we love this feature. The fact that it connect to our phones and keeps track of data like the times a door was open is a bonus. The refrigerator area is huge. The freezer is big enough so you can keep things handy. It is not big enough or hard to acces so the possibility of loosing things or finding misters zip log bags years later are non existing. It is very quiet and I like then energy saving pre settings. The only that I am concerned about is the sliding latch on the left door that has a magnet to keep the right door shut. Also I do not like that both doors must be open to access the deli tray. Two trays vs a very long single tray would have not been a bad idea. Overall we love the refrigerator and hope to enjoy it for years to come.

Was concerned about the ice maker keeping up but all I have had to do is dump the tray into the ice storage bin in the freezer. We have had no issues with it and impressed by the features that it has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my LG Fridge, it has a place for everything and you can see everything in your refrigerator. The two drawer freezer allows you to keep your everyday items in the top drawer and your long term storage in the bottom drawer. The water and ice maker is great and the filter water is great tasting. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The French doors do not close properly. It is most likely an adjustment of the fit that is off. However, we have been trying to get it addressed for over a month and have not had success. Other issues: There is not a light in the bottom freezer drawer, so the darkest one is indeed the darkest. The shelves are adjustable but because of the design where the sides are held by bumps on the refrigerator wall, the shelves cannot be moved left or right, just up or down. And there are only about 3 settings. The shelf design is cheap and poor. Likewise, the drawers in the refrigerator (3) are poorly fit and so are loose and do not seal when closed. They are also only opened by gripping on the bottom of the front panel, not the middle or top as seems more comfortable. On the plus side, it is working. It is bright and well lit in the refrigerator, there is a lot of room with more room in the door than we are used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 8 months after purchase the ice machine was on the Fritz and we would find thawed popsicles and food in the freezer drawers. The lg technician came out and immediately replaced the compressor. At least customer service was decent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This the second LG French Door Refrigerator I have owned. It is the only refrigerator in our price range that I will consider. It is beyond quiet. It is perfectly and thoughtfully designed. The finger-proof finish works as advertised. Couldn't be happier with the water and ice dispenser. We really wanted the craft ice dispenser, but we would have had a long wait time. I highly recommend this refrigerator. It will not disappoint.
