[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator seems great, except for two things so far ... 1. Door does not dispense much cold water. 2. There are only 2 authorized LG repair companies in our area, and we’re advised we might wait 2 weeks if we need service. Fortunately, LG has great reputation for reliability, and we have a second refrigerator.

I bought this over a month ago to replace my 9 year old LG fridge. While the space is not the same as my old one, it is running fine and I have not had any issues. I will say that the water in the door is not as cold as my old fridge but my wife likes that better. I do like that I can see issues and energy consumption in the app. Overall the fridge does what it is suppose to. I do like the separate drawers for the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you open the doors there is a seal in the middle that is on hinges, the seal catches on the top of the fridge frame to open and close accordingly. Mine didn't work the top was not catching to engage the seal such that the seal opened up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator a couple of months back and I love it. Of course like every thing there are a few things I'm not completely happy with. I love the Ice maker in the door for it frees up so much room in the frig. but the Ice cubes are far too small. I also don't like the top freezer door auto closure. When I'm trying to take something out and not ready to close the draw it shuts on me. The inside of the frig is great and roomy. Couldn't ask for more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought this home on March 1 and we needed a new refrigerator. I looked at several brands and loved the lg. We both love it. It is just huge inside and is so bright you have no problem finding things.

Love the big freezer drawers, lots of space in the fridge. You can fit anything in there including pizza boxes. Unfortunately, it's not built to last. Less than 4 years and the compressor died. We got it repaired under warranty but now I worry about how much longer it will last,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 7 months into this prodiuct, I experienced a compressor failure. The good news is that I was informed about rising freezer temps through the app. It would have been nice if the app or the appliance told me what the actual temperature was. I went out and bought thermometers. LG told me it would be a long wait to schedule service, but, out of the blue a week later, a tech called and asked me for directions as he was scheduled for the next day. The new compressor is very loud, although it does work. I will try for a replacement. I am also not thrilled about the icemaker in the door. Ice keeps getting stuck and it dispenses erratically.

My 22 year old fridge was making worrisome noises so I needed a new one. This one is so different and up to date. It is easier to organize, the ice and water function is faster, the open door reminder is great and the refrigeration/freeze temperatures are perfect. I prefer this to the side by side arrangement I had before. I am happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well lit, easy access, and just a great overall refrigerator that keeps my foods nice and cold and fresh. The water and ice cubes are the best, very clean tasting and the two freezer compartments make it very easy to to get to the frozen foods that you need more readily.
