I bought this and the tray that the ice is made in broke and fell through where the ice cubes are dispensed. This is not something that even gets touched by human hands? It appears to be a materials defect, meaning it material appears to be brittle.

I had a issue on a lg refrigerator 1f could not get water or ice tech came out could not repair and then made it worse going for a month with issue not very fun during holidays no ice or water
