The stove top easily scratches. The oven is not calibrated correctly, set for 350 and goes to 400. Cannot cook cakes, it burns everything. I use a thermometer in the oven but the temps vary greatly. Do not recommend any Samsung appliance. Also have a washer that is awful. Need to put on fill full load and takes over an hour per load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very reliable unit. Pre-heats very fast. The glass top is not the most durable, though. The layout is nice for the buttons and it’s easy to change the clock time thankfully. Thankfully burnt items don’t adhere to the top very easily. If they do, it cleans easy. It works every time needed, even on WiFi, and maintains a consistent temp.

Bought this 3 months ago. Cast iron support grate over smallest burner (melting butter and toasting sesame seeds) has CRACKED through exactly 3/4 inch from edge, and I must buy a new grate?!?!

This stove does not work, some insects manage to damage the system. with a one year warranty and they didn't respond. buy more recognized stove brands such as Frigidaire Whirlpool and that respond to the warranty

I bought my stove 3 weeks ago. The glass top is garbage! I cannot get it clean and free of smears! Little did I know the top is not warranted against this. So disappointed 😞 The stove itself works fine just looks terrible!
