Burners heat fast and so efficiently that I can cook at a lower temperature level for less time to get same results as what my old range did on high heat. Oven is huge, and has more rack positions so can easily put in a large turkey as well as several other items to bake together. And with the steam clean function it is a "snap" to always have a clean oven. Only minor negative complaint I have is that with the electronic timer it is a little difficult to find the exact place to press to turn on and off. Sure glad I bought this wonderful range!

At first I thought this was going to be the best customer service with how fast I got a tech out. Tech had to call to order a new cooktop (cracked into pieces when cooking) and he is told to tell me that the warranty is nullified because physical cosmetic damage is not covered. Have wasted two days now trying to reach out and contact someone who could look at my pictures to show them it is not cosmetic.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Got this to replaced my former LG range. This Samsung range is easy to use. The rapid boil and WiFi connection features are good to have. I wish it comes with a deeper bottom storage drawer. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I would’ve given this five stars, but the oven has one dangerous design flaw. When using the oven you need to be very careful when reaching for the handle because you risk burning your hand. For some reason the metal strip that’s behind the oven handle gets extremely hot, and can burn you when opening the oven. If you have large hands you’ll definitely burn yourself when opening the oven. The only solution would be to recall the oven and provide a larger handle that’s spaced further from the oven.

While you can control the oven remotely, the stovetop can’t be controlled remotely. Also, the area around the display case is difficult to clean. All and all a good cooking equipment.

Not even six months of proper use, and the parts are falling off one after another. And no one can do anything for you. Money thrown out the window. Very poor quality!
