Be prepared for a heavy package. Simple installation. Just unfold, screw on the legs, and plug in the power box. This bed helps me get a better night's sleep. And it's great for late-night readers! If necessary, it sits up straight enough for eating from a bed tray.

My bf has an expensive adjustable bed and I wanted one for my house but didn’t want to spend $4K for one. After finding this one at Sam’s, I had to try it. We both agree that it’s just as good as his much more expensive base. The only thing it’s missing is the lights underneath but I don’t need that feature. I couldn’t be more pleased with this base, especially fir the price. I’m sleeping better than I’ve slept in ages!

I really enjoy this adjustable bed frame! Love the presets for gravity and anti snoring. Nice to have two other preferred positions also. Love the extra little tilt of the heat only for extra support while reading or watching tv. The massage is a fun addition!!

I have only used the bed now for 2 weeks, it is a nice bed for the price the massage stuff is not that great got a 10 inch memory foam wish i had got a 12 inch but it is sleeping good. I have to sleep tilted up due to health and this works great cause sometimes i have it all way up and can let down to what fits me

Never had an adjustable bed but have been looking at getting one for a few years. $500 sure beats the high end competition prices for the same features. The zero g setting is the best! I thought the vibrate/massage function was going to be gimmicky. It’s actually kind of nice. It’s lulls you to sleep with a quiet humming noise. My cats love the vibrate - I believe they think it’s a giant purring cat that they can cuddle with. I turn it on for them in the middle of the day and they crawl in and chirp with excitement when I turn it on. When in massage mode there is a weird quiet squeak that randomly shows up. I change my position in bed a little bit and it goes away, it seems to be coming from the footboard area of the bed. It didn’t do that at first but it’s just a minor complaint but now it’s there almost every night. I can deal with it though. I wish the remote backlights turned on when you touch the remote controller like other remotes do. It’s impossible to see what you are pressing at night. The lights on the remote only light up after you press a button and make the bed do something you probably don’t want it to do. So that’s kind of lame but really my only complaint. Overall it was a good purchase for $500. Time will tell now.

We purchased the split king size. Which is two XL Twins side by side. My husband and I live these beds. He snores so the ability to adjust the gead and feet. Is wonderful. These adjustable bases do evethose way more expensive ones do. USB ports (2) on each bed frame. Two individual remotes. These also have massage settings. We are extremely happy with these.

The bed frame was heavy, but not difficult to assemble. The adjustable height was a nice feature. We are still able to fit some long, shallow storage totes underneath. The remotes are intuitive and responsive. We are already using the adjustability more than we thought we would. It's so nice to be able to position the bed for reading or sleeping, or just relaxing. The massage feature is more of a "vibrate" and there are 3 different speeds/levels of vibration and you can isolate it to the head, middle, or foot portion of the mattress.

Was easy to set up. Put in Mission style bedframe by partially disassembling. Put on side and lowered in place. Was worried about putting stress on legs as lowered in place but they held weight with no problems. Like all features but surprised that lowest massage speed gives more action than mid speed.

We had been mulling over getting an adjustable base for awhile. We decided that we were going to replace our old mattress with an iSense brand mattress. The adjustable base sold by iSense was around $1400 and we decided to save some money and buy from Sam's Club. The base came almost fully assembled, just had to unfold it, screw the legs on, and connect the electronic controller. Because it is almost fully assembled it is in one box and is very heavy. We were placing the base inside our existing bed frame (head/footboards and rails) to maintain a more traditional look. This did require removing and relocating some of the support slats. I recommend cycling the base positions full up/down to make sure none of the base is rubbing/pushing anywhere. After receiving our new mattress from iSense I discovered that THEIR APP will connect to the Sam's Club base and you can control the base with your smartphone via bluetooth (they must use the same controller?). Perhaps other apps can do the same? We have not found the massage to be all that great, it's a little too noisy. The base is pretty quiet when adjusting which is a plus. Only one remote included. Overall, I love the adjustable base paired with or new mattress, no longer waking up sore!

We sleep so much better with the adjustable base! Less snoring with the snore setting and its firm enough that you do not need a box spring (it would not work with a box spring anyways.) Our bed frame was getting old and the wood breaking down from all the moves and the age of the frame. We took out the slats and inserted the adjustable base and like new, but better! Highly recommend for the price.
