Great bed

It was wonderful and working great but not even a 30 yet and it had stopped working and waiting on replacement it is stuck in the most uncomfortable position was laying flat when I went bed and woke up to it all the way up hopefully replacement will e better

Bought adjustable bed

After much research we decided to go with Sam's brand - Member's Mark adjustable base and paired it with a Saatva mattress.  I love all the features: elevating our heads, feet, zero gravity and the massage is a win, win.  You can't go wrong with this base.

Love, Love, Love It!!

I purchased this item online about a month ago, on the last sale date, and I’m simply delighted with it! It adjusts to take the pressure off my low back sciatica, and the vibration features are a huge bonus! Easy setup. I definitely recommend this item!

Great features

For 700  dollars, I should be able to use the massage feature, but it is ungodly loud and my kids can hear it three bedrooms away.

Unusable massage feature

After 2 years, the middle of the base is sinking, and with that, the mattress too. Very uncomfortable nights.

After 2 years..

Bought this for our parents.  They love it.  We are jealous because our adjust doesn’t have all the great features this one has.

If you want to get this bed due to the app, don't, it does not work. Do not lose the remote because you have no other option.

The app does not work

Received the queen adjustable bed that is supposed to have adjustable legs, to customize the height of the mattress. The 6 legs are already screwed together so tightly we were unable to separate any of them to make the legs shorter, and only 3 of the legs would screw into the holes. Those 3 could be screwed into any of the 6 holes, the other 3 would not screw into any of the 6 holes. Very frustrating to not have this feature. Had to use 4 generic bed legs in order to set up the bed, and they are too short, making it difficult to rise up out of the bed. The other controls all work fine, but would really like a taller bed!!

Legs Don't Fit

I am so happy that I made this purchase. The adjustable base is everything it says it’s to be. It fit perfectly inside my bed frame and set up was a breeze. You definitely will need two people to set up due to its weight. My only issue is that the USB ports are underneath which requires you to pretty much put your head underneath to find. It would have been better to be built in on the sides. Also my Apple IPad will not charge using the USB ports. I’ve tried using different cords but no luck. So in that case, it would be nice to have a 110v socket for just particular issue. But for the price, I can live with those minor issues.
