Bought this about a month ago and also one for my mother. They have been great!

We have had this for 2 weeks. It didn't work the day we received it. Called the company, they walked me through the process of checking it out and they determined it was the control box. Received the box a week later and haven't been able to get the company to get a tech. here to install it yet!!!!

Don't work at all???

2 cervical spine surgeries later I decided to buy a bed base. This one has great reviews along with a decent price. It's easy to set up but you definitely need 2 people due to the weight of it. I've only had it a week but love it. Motors are quiet and remote is easy to learn. The phone app has no directions but you can figure it out easily. I haven't tried the USB ports yet but well pleased with everything else.
