The only problem was the adjustable legs. It took opposing pipe wrenches to loosen them to allow adjustment. Other than that, this is a great base and a good value

I was not pleased with the purchase. It arrived with a hole in the mesh, hubby put it together before I got home and burnt the box. Read close the wood does not come with it only the black adjustable part which you can buy for $80 less.

This is the best base! Quiet, simple to operate, and $1000 less than the mattress store. I can’t even tell you how happy I am with this purchase. Easy to assemble as well. If you have acid reflux or GERD = life changing relief!

Love this base. Don’t use the “massage” feature as live on second floor of apartment but adjusting to my preferred comfort is great! Price is great as well as shipping. Had for a year now and would recommend.

Enjoy the vibration feature. So far, it's sturdy. It's interesting how your head can be propped up. Maximizes usage compared to a traditional bed frame.

Was shopping for a new bed system and stopped by a good major retailer that Carrie’s furniture and beds. We were shown their new beds with adjustable bed frames which were great. We did not purchase anything as I wanted to research, and I am glad I did. This adjustable base is 1/2 the price with all the features. This is a great value. If you are in the market for these, treat yourself.

We finally got our frame after 13 warehouses the box was torn up a bit but seems to work O K . Putting it together was easy I called my nephews -they had it together by the time we returned from church .(they said 20 mins) . I have back & heart problems so after reading so many reviews saying that there backs felt better well mine feels the same or worse .So I'm not sure how long we will be using this bed frame .

I wanted one for my king bed. Wasn’t sure about the split and if it worked with one mattress. But yes it definitely does. And flawlessly. Basically put on six legs throw it in and sync beds. More work throwing away box. It’s definitely a two person job.
