Member’s Mark Queen Premier Adjusable Base

We have had this for 2 weeks. It didn't work the day we received it. Called the company, they walked me through the process of checking it out and they determined it was the control box. Received the box a week later and haven't been able to get the company to get a tech. here to install it yet!!!!

Don't work at all???

I finally caved and bought this bed base and the Members Mark premium mattress.  
The tilting headrest is definitely important in positioning for reading and watching TV.  So comfortable!  I’m sorry I waited so long to make up my mind to purchase it.
