Great product and value! I did LOTS of research before buying this product. It has the most desirable and useful features that many consumer reviews noted. I love the height, heavy structure, quietness of motion (including motors and vibrators), wireless remote and app for my phone. The Members Mark app does not work properly, but the same company makes different apps... so I use the Q-Plus Adjustable Remote app by South Bay International Inc. It works perfectly, so my wife uses the remote and I use my phone app. Elevating my feet helps blood flow in my legs and my feet/legs stay warmer when I sleep. The position I love sleeping is 5 degrees head elevation and 11 degrees feet elevation. I save the setting on the remote memory settings, so it is easy to find before dozing off. I had been researching adjustable bases for 2 months. The price ranges for queen size were between $2k and $900 for a top quality base with the features I wanted. I finally found this model at Sams and it had all the features I wanted and more for an amazing price.of $600. I thought for sure when I got it that it would be a flop however, it's everything they advertise it to be and more. I'm researching 100% Latex Mattaress's now to get just the right thickness so I can take advantage of the massage features on the frame. I've only had the base 3 weeks now but it works perfect. I would recommend this base.

I had bought my first adjustable base from Sam's about 6 years ago. It was the same class and price range as my recent adjustable base purchase. They shot up on pricing. After having to purchase membership upgrade I was able to purchase for $100.00 more than the last one. But I have to admit it is an above average upgrade from my first one. This has all the same features, same remote. Difference is no moving brackets underneath. So store away all the stay you do not have a place for. Unless your bed frame dictates the need for space. Operates just fine. Pretty quiet, smooth action. I see it just rolls inside arm brackets to go up and down. Weight load is 700 lbs, my original base has a weight load of 800 lbs. Very important for long life use. Box delivered in shambles, but everything worked just fine and no damage to base. Actually rec'd early delivery. Paid for standard delivery. Check out gets you on charges. Upgraded membership (no accident on Sam's part) obtaining a better out of pocket cost for base. The only reason the numbers worked out. All and all very happy with my 2nd adjustable base for my guest room. My original adjustable base moved from Florida to Texas works just fine. No problems. One last thing. I love being able to raise the head and/or foot making it easier to put on bottom fitted sheets when making up my beds.

A definite plus is the addition of the head elevation. If you use an I pad, or watch tv in bed! Definitely do not pass up this feature. The base is quiet moving although the vibration mode is loud and obnoxious. I don’t need or use it and it scares the dog. I’d buy it again and may crawl underneath it to unplug the vibration motors so I don’t bump the wrong button and turn them on.

This is the best way to relax in bed without the extra pillows propping you up. With the click of the remote you can move your head or feet up into a relaxing position. It fit inside my daughter’s current headboard. Very easy to set up, no tools needed.

I have a really nice adjustable base that I bought five or six years ago. So I bought this one for my guest room. I liked it so much I put in my room and put my old one in the guestroom. It’s a good quality and I really like the head tilt. Only thing you need to know is that it’s really heavy and you’re gonna need help with the set up especially if your bedrooms are on the second floor like mine are.

First - this is very heavy. If you are a smaller person you might need help. This comes in a single piece that is folded in half. It was shipped via Fedex, which is not what the website portrays it to be. It says that the shipping company will reach out to arrange delivery. this made me think that it would be delivered and set up. Nope! It was left on my front porch. I had to drag the 100+ pounds over the door and into the house. I almost gave up!! Once I finally got it in and out of the box - set up was a breeze. It literally folds open - the legs twist on (adjustable by adding on pieces) and then you plug it in. 30 minutes tops. Comes with a battery pack but no batteries for it - it takes 9v - in case the power goes out. This works incredibly well for me. The vibration helps soothe tired, restless legs. the zero gravity feature is so relaxing and great for reading or watching television in bed. The back literally sits up at a 90 degree angle - if you need to eat in bed on a tray - this frame will help facilitate that.

The adjustable base is working fine. The poor guy had to deliver it by himself, so I helped and it is heavy. It's easy to set up. Has a lot of features for the price. I looked it over and they say a 750 weight limit but I would not want to test that from what I saw. That said, I wish I had bought one years ago. we love it. Ps. the iPhone app worked perfect like another remote.

Very easy to put together. Can do by yourself if strong and determined but much easier with second person. This is the second one I have put together, this time by myself. With the second person it is much easier. Love that the company already has felt on the bottom of the legs for the bed. Typical set up can happen in 20 minutes or less. All you have to do is unfold, put on the legs, put upright, and plug in. So easy.

Don't get me wrong. The base of this bed is very well constructed. However, the legs are not made so well. The legs are plastic. The legs have no integrity. Having multiple pieces that raise the height. I am afraid to move the bed in fear of the threads breaking off. I went on line and purchased 9" solid bed legs that cost me more money. I would rather have paid a little more to have metal legs rather than plastic. Also I had delivery problems. Sam's Club did rectify that issue.
