I absolutely love this adjustable bed frame. Although the "package" was large {queen size} and heavy, it was securely boxed and could easily be slid on the tile & carpet. Directions were clear, and my adult daughter assembled this alone in 15 minutes, including placement of the 2 motors, I got this adjustable frame two months ago and cannot imagine not having it. I have poor circulation in my legs, and being able to raise my legs comfortably has significantly reduced the swelling. Being able to raise the head also makes watching TV in bed more comfortable. Anyone could enjoy this frame, with or without medical reasons. The price was fantastic compared to most other similar frames I researched on line. I highly recommend this item to all.

Great adjustable bed base! My wife needed an adjustable bed due to medical conditions. I find the Zero Gravity button great for watching shows, plus the one touch to flat bed is great. He has many great features. Can be used individually or together. One remote can control one or another. I didn't think the massage feature I didn't think I would use, but after pouring cement in the backyard it was a welcomed relief. Super easy setup!

I didn't put mines together right away I didn't have the help. I'm disabled with a few areas of pain. I've used it now 4 days and YES! SO FAR IT'S BEEN GREAT! This adjustable bed frame is awesome. It arrived nearly two weeks ahead of the estimate. It was easy to set-up and performs beyond my expectations. This is a quality piece of equipment. I had shopped around at "big name" mattress stores prior to making this purchase and for an adjustable bed frame which boasts the complete range of adjustments this one offers, along with head and foot massage, I was quoted prices between $1500 and $2000 (that is not an exaggeration). I can afford to pay the asking price of the other stores, but when I read some of the reviews about this frame, I decided that I had nothing to lose. I am still in disbelief that we got such a quality item with all of its capabilities at this price point (just about one-quarter of the lower prices I was quoted). The remote (which lights up for ease of use at night, has two user memory settings and some handy presets including Zero-G) is an added bonus!!!

I bought this bed from Sam’s Club after comparing their prices with others. I was able to get this one for less than half of what others wanted for theirs. Win$$ I never had an adjustable bed before so I have nothing to compare it to but I’m really enjoying being able to lay in bed in a reclined position to watch TV before falling asleep. It is so much more comfortable being able to raise my legs as well as my head for a zero gravity effect and not having to worry about shifting pillows. Win! I don’t think I will be using the massage part. It kinda makes me seasick with the bed moving. I was able to get the headboard brackets shipped to me. The instructions for those were wrong but I was able to get them to work perfectly with a redesign. I did have to remove one of the 4 pieces of the leg to shorten the bed to align with the holes on my headboard but with my 14” mattress it is probably better that way anyways. I’m glad that the legs were height adjustable. Win!

This is a great adjustable base. Arrives mostly assembled; just unfold it, attach the legs, attach the base bracket and attach the power cord. While not silent, it operates very quietly. There are height adjustable legs. The maximum height is perfect for me, a guy of 6’1”. The remote is backlit, easy to use and has worked so far without fail. This is a great adjustable base, rich with features for an unbeatable price. This really ups the luxury of a new mattress.

This adjustable base is wonderful! The remote set positions are great or position your own. The message is so good. It helps me relax and fall to sleep. It only came with one remote but I called the number on paper enclosed and they are sending me another one.

Love this new bed frame. The many different position selections give me the opportunity to select the one that feels perfect for me. I now wake up with no or much less low back pain. The massage/vibration quickly relaxes me allowing a peaceful sleep. The bonus of the USB ports located on both sides is appreciated, making things just a little bit neater.

Great bed, I like all the features that came with it, except for the massage. If I could have ordered it without the massage I would have, there is nothing great about it and I it doesn't really feel like a massage. I like that you are able to program up to 2 settings so once you have it where you like it you can save the setting.

I purchased a queen adjustable base from a mattress store 5 years ago along with a new mattress and that base cost me $1500. The remote had a cable. It didnt have usb ports or massage or even the pillow head tilt. aand only 4 legs that have since busted and the stire wrnt out of business so i couldnt get a warranty replacement. THIS BASE IS A STEAL AT $500! Massage, usb charging, additional head tilt, A CORDLESS REMOTE! Im already planning on getting one for my mom for xmas. Thank you Sam's Club
