The bed is loud when using that massage feature and the remote app does not work. Also the frame is not straight.

If remote stops working %26 bed won't move, its probably gotten into child lock mode. Per mfr cust service, to get it out of lock mode: hold the Flat button ___ Foot Up button at same time. And it fixes it.

Shopped around and anything close to this bed with the same options cost a lot more. Easy to put together. Works great. Best. Purchse. Ever.
