I have used HP printers for over 25 years both professionally and at home. I aways us official HP toner in my HP printers. Using HP printer specific toner and proper maintenance extends the printer life.

safer to buy than an alternative brand that could leak. As always, expensive! You now have the choice of high capacity or regular cartridges. That's good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recycling is a pain in the rear. But the packaging and replacement of the toner cartridges was easy. Expensive? Yes. but that wasn't your question:)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi capacity is definitely worth the cost in almost anyone's time to re=order, receive, and re-install a low cap version.

I ordered these toner cartridges and they were delivered within days. Installation was easy and I appreciate that HP provides labels to send the old cartridges for recycling or refilling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Original ink/toner from original supplier is delivered quickly and guaranteed to be authentic ink. Happy staying with HP toner for my printer.

This machine can detect when a page is in the ADF or on the glass when copying but will not do the same when scanning. Seems like a simple fix for you to do. It's a pain to have to select "glass" each time you are scanning a single page.

HP's Toner Cartridges are outrageously expensive and their proprietary technology makes it very difficult for other manufacturers to compete. I love HP technology but their marketing philosophy and practices are abysmal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They were not prepared for mailing very well. The packing box was extremely large and arrived have opened.

I have no complaints about the toner cartridge per se, but the printer seems unable to let users know WHICH cartridges need replacing and which are just fine.
