Overall, an excellent product. I did find that the joint between the pull-down hose and the sprayer head leaked after assembly. The rubber washer surrounding the filter screen was not thick enough to seal. Added a small washer and now it's fine.

First pull down faucet I own and I can say that I am in love with it, great construction, beautiful looking, great quality you can feel when you touch it, in fact I got more than I expected.

I bought this faucet a couple of weeks ago, and installed it myself after the kitchen was remodeled. Now, with a deeper sink, and the height of this faucet, I can wash anything and everything I need to! It's great, highly recommend

I bought this a month ago and really like it. The only feature I wish it had it a shut off at the pot filler, so the water could be left on, and use the sprayer with the sprayer handle.

Are faucet growls off and on. Like the faucet and solid it’s built. I’m a service plumber and have seen 100’s of faucets and it seams to be great quality. Might need a new cartage though

Love the looks, heavy duty construction. Works great, but we live in an area with high mineral concentration, so I have to soak the sprayer nozzle in calcium, lime remover every 2 months, otherwise it's clogged and won't work

We love it! The dual spray fill spigots are a perfect addition to a well equipped kitchen. The spray latch saves water and the flexible spring hose allows long reach for a large single deep sink. We wouldn't choose another faucet!

I bought this faucet the first time about 8 years ago. When we moved to the new house it just didn’t feel like home without it, so I ordered again.. so happy to have my old friend back in the kitchen!

Beautiful faucet (matte black), works very well. I did have some minor leaking upon initial install which was quickly corrected with some teflon (plumbers) tape. Overall, design, build quality and price are spot on!

Just installed this several days ago and incredibly happy with it so far. The versatility of the faucet and sprayer plus the height means no more struggling with larger pots and pans!
