Love my new faucet. Very well made, looks stunning and works perfectly. The sprayer neck spring has nice give when pulling down to clean sink. My plumber even commented on the look and great quality when he installed it.

This is our THIRD of the exact same Zurich faucet. We moved several times in the last 6 years and put this faucet in every house we lived in. It looks amazing, works great, love the sprayer!

Purchased for kitchen remodel and was looking for something unique. This fit the bill and works well. Only negative would be the distance it hangs over into the sink. It's fairly close and would benefit from an adjustable arm for the sprayer.

this model is very solid and well constructed. Also easy to install. My only complaint is the pressure on the sprayer is weak. I have not been able to figure out how to increase the water pressure when I use the sprayer

Spray feature not enough pressure The Fossett part works great but it doesn’t completely stop when I turn on the sprayer still drips actually flows slowly

It is super nice and feels and looks industrial. Not to difficult to install. I did have a leak at the sprayer and had to tighten twice. other than that all good.

Beautiful faucet (matte black), works very well. I did have some minor leaking upon initial install which was quickly corrected with some teflon (plumbers) tape. Overall, design, build quality and price are spot on!

I bought this a month ago and really like it. The only feature I wish it had it a shut off at the pot filler, so the water could be left on, and use the sprayer with the sprayer handle.

On occasion the hand sprayer will loosen slightly, but easy to tighten up. What is most remarkable is the pressure. SO much better than our previous faucet. Overall very happy.

Initially, I was having an issue w/ reasonable pressure with the sprayer, but after a bit of follow up w/ Tech Support, they replaced the faucet w/ a new one and the problem was solved!
